- someIndianGuyDallas, TX871 contributionsGenerally when you visit the Santiago area, you can use Uber to visit all the places; but what if you have a large group and need transportation options to go everywhere - be it the Maipo valley in the east or Casablanca/Valparaiso area in the West ?
2goVan truly shines in this area. They have large vans that can accommodate large groups. Their drivers and guides can speak English, Portuguese and of course Spanish. Mariana is the contact who sets up everything via Whatsapp. We had to use Wise to do a partial transfer to book the tours, and then paid the remaining in cash. Thanks to them, our group had a great time in the Santiago area. There was some issue after they scanned my ticket at the van and they wanted to see it again. I didn't remember it being given back to me. Had to call over a co-worker to sort it out. - Mario JSao Jose Dos Campos, SP28 contributionsAmazing tour! The guide (Roze) shows a very good knowledge of the history of the place by explaining each detail during the tour, she is very happy, kindly and very helpful every time we need her.
There is a very fair snack around the lunch time then the tour finishes and the van come back to Santiago but stopping in some special places to take pictures.

- Lonni SPhoenix, AZ3 contributionsJuan was excellent. He met us at the airport holding a sign with our name on it and took us to our hotel.
He gave us a lot of information along the way.
The next day on the way to the port he gave a tour of a part of Santiago that we had not seen and took us to an excellent restaurant for some Chilean cuisine.

Came a bit late to my hotel to pick us up, had long lines to get the equipment at their office, and the return was cumbersome too. Loved the alpaca farm visit. Amazing complete operation.
Great coffee shop stop.
Nice visit to vineyard and winery.
Great lunch stop as well.

Ended up paying for taxi. Email sent later returned as undeliverable. - Lissieberrie991 contributionWe did a package tour for three days around santiago (including a vineyard and valpa). Our tour organise Cristina peres was fantastic. She custom built our tour package for a great price at short notice and even went to the extra effort to ensure we had an English speaking guide. She always confirmed details of every tour and was prompt in all her responses. Our tour guides (dinho and alexis) were very friendly and knowledgeable. And were always checking in on us and we're very considerate. They even sent us photos of our trip. We had a wonderful time and were very happy with how professional, organised and friendly they were. Miguel was our guide for 3 semidiurnal sightseeing Tours through Santiago.
Besides showing us historical and modern sites of Santiago, he also shared a lot of politcal, cultural and contemporary „Insider “-information about life in Santiago and Chile with us.
Apart from that: Miguel has a top english speaking level and is a very friendly and helpfull guy.
