Wonderful experience. Beautiful and restful and very educational. So many areas to explore.
Although I'm not an orchid enthusiast, I was overwhelmed by the collection.

We had to come back after visiting five years ago. We were not disappointed. The cloud forest planting may not have changed much, but it is so spectacular that it merits any number of visits…simply wonderful, with walkways to match. A must thing to do when in Singapore.

Excellent attraction deserving of a full dedicated day of time. Try to go early before it gets too hot and plan to take the team to get from exhibit to exhibit to conserve energy especially with young kids. Also, definitely sign up for the feeding of the animals which is an extra charge. The best part is that every dollar you spend here goes towards supporting the important conservation work that the zoo is doing throughout Southeast Asia. Definitely a must see when in Singapore.

The Orchid Garden is free to access, although there is a nominal fee to enter the Botanical Garden. Personally, I believe it is worthwhile. There is a huge discount for everyone over 60 who can provide identification.

The Singapore Flyer offers some of the best views of the city. As you rise high above the skyline, you get a stunning panorama of Marina Bay, the gardens, and the famous landmarks like the Marina Bay Sands. The cabins are spacious and comfortable, making it a relaxing ride. The highlight is definitely seeing the city come alive as the sun sets, with the skyline sparkling at night. It’s a fantastic way to experience the beauty of Singapore from a different angle.

It is a must-see when it comes to life at night with lights. It's a destination with upscale malls, restaurants, and plenty of photo opportunities.

The outcropping of metal trees is impressive. There is a sky walk you can pay to use which takes you up over the canopy of real trees.

During my stay in Singapore, I really enjoyed spending some time exploring Chinatown. It was definitely one of the highlights in this trip. Mixes of modern malls and older European-style buildings were fascinating. Walking down those colorful streets, beautiful temples, and vibrant markets came into view. Chinatown, though Singapore boast of its very modern skyline, retains an old charm, which made it unique. The area is really safe to explore. There are loads of tourists and locals that roam around; I highly recommend a visit to Chinatown to get a flavor of Singapore's richness in history and culture! It's an excellent place to spend hours soaking up the atmosphere.

been here several times at daytime whenever i get to visit singapore during business trips. this time around, orchard road wowed me with its lavish display of colors and Christmas decors.

the malls along this road had spent quite a budget to illuminate their facade. i would say it's very impressive. just by walking, one gets to enjoy the sights and sound of the city.

never come here penniless. part of being in this lion city is to spend for bargain finds especially during sale season.

I stayed at the Changi Crowne Plaza the night before my departure flight. This hotel is so convenient since its directly connected to Changi Airport's terminal 3 where many Singapore Airlines flight depart. The mall is 7 floors - 2 basement levels and 1- 5 levels above ground. The Jewel waterfall is located after terminal 3. The waterfall can be viewed from all 7 levels. The waterfall is quite beautiful and relaxing. On the 2 lower levels there are unusual mushroom stools where you can sit and view the Jewel. Don't miss the Jewel if you land at Changi Airport.

My husband suggested we visit on our last day before our very late flight to fill in the time.
It was very quiet, Sunday lunchtime, lovely stroll around the area. We stopped for lunch at a little cafe, had nacho and chips was fine.
Then my son noticed something in the water and we rushed over to look. 2 otters playing with a fish. This just made my week. I’d been watching out for otters as I’d been led to believe they are everywhere, they are not.
We watched them fight over and eat a fish, they tree the head end back in the water and then a bloomin sea eagle came in and swooped it away!!!! And then we saw a turtle. Honestly what a great hour we had.
I believe it’s a different place at night as it was full of bars and restaurants. Hooters being one of them.

Merlion Park is well worth a stop for photos. The Merlion Statue/ fountain is one such made for insta location. Also the backdrop of Marina Bay Sands across the water males a perfect backdrop for iconic Singapore family pix.

A few locations for a caffeine fix and souvenirs like Starbucks are also popular.

Not a bad experience, a bit over crowded but still manageable. A bit limited in the number of animals on the trail but I suppose is all about learning how to safe and protect animals. The critters of the night show was very interesting and well presented.Very interactive and informative for children experiencing so still fun day for families
