- NajibKhanSingapore, Singapore8 contributionsI’ve not taken bus before but due to car broke down, I’ve no choice.
Aeroline have kids charges which below 5yr is free if ur not taking seat for em.
Service wise nothin special.
Meal served wasn’t that good.
In bus entertainment not so bad but need to update the movies. Kids game available to entertain kids.
Otherwise it’s very comfy and fast.
Better than driving a car..

Perfect for business travel that needed a flexible driver who could adjust to a changing schedule.Written 19 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - James BBournemouth, UK25 contributionsCan't fault the coach company, except lack of USB charging points. Comfortable seats, and on board attendant explained all procedures clearly.
However boarder crossing took over 4 hours, so ended up arriving in Singapore at 11.30pm instead of 8pm. Avoid this crossing at anything but quietest times.Written 2 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Very prompt. Cars clean. Drivers informative.Written 3 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Email confirmation had barely any information, no communication from driver, no response from head office. Took our money and ghosted us. Buyer beware.Written 10 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Cecilia L1 contributionI have noticed that some drivers like to brake very hard. This cause one's to feel nauseated and dizzy. Every brake is hard and it's very unpleasant if it's long journey. Terrible driving!!!!!!!

Can they be more "gentle"..........
Feel sick alreadyWritten 30 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Jeff GBunbury26 contributionsWe recently traveled on the Dawn Princess from Perth to Singapore and arrived at
7-00am. As we were flying back to Perth later the same day we had the dilemma of having our cases and what to do for the day. There was a group of 8 of us.
I organised for Singapore Maxi cabs to pick us up from the Ship and we had Fendi as our driver. This was an excellent decision and he was prompt and efficient in meeting us, having a nice clean vehicle and taking us around the sites of Singapore for the day. It was significantly cheaper than organising any other tour and being in our own group we could be as a flexible as we chose. For $65 ph it was very reasonably priced and Fendi our driver did a great job of showing us the sights of Singapore and dropping us to the airport.
For anyone looking for a well organised and efficient service, we would highly recommend to others.Written 2 September 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Charlotte A3 contributionsWe ordered a passenger van for 9 pax with driver from Rentalorry. Their prices were one of the more reasonable ones and we saw many great reviews from their facebook page as well. We did not expect much because our itinerary was already roughly planned out.
Mr Foo was our allocated driver and he received us at Changi Airport upon our arrival. Mr Foo gave us extremely helpful advise as to when to visit a certain location to avoid the crowd or avoid closing time, which we really appreciate it!
Will recommend to others who are looking for a passenger transport service.Written 29 January 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Pioneer414590257951 contributionThe worst experience ever. I made a booking via red bus from Singapore to Johor Bahru. Taking TS1 bus to Johor bahru on 15 Sept 2024 at 7:55 pm, hoping to get experience if i went to the private bus. Yet, its all disappointment. At first there is no direction given by the bus company where to wait and so on. But manage to get to the pick up point on time with a help by the local. However, when the bus arrived we faced with the rude bus driver. Shout at us for the ticket while we struggling to lift up our luggage. Pluse, he didnt open a luggage storage to store our luggage’s. He even drive while we still pushing our luggage and find a seat and cause us almost to fall. We didnt pay for this kind of treatment.Written 15 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jay LSingapore, Singapore14 contributionsDon't use this coach service unless you like filthy, dirty, smelly buses. This company is only interested in collecting your money, not providing a clean, comfortable experience. I've used it since 2009 and every time the service has declined. I'll never travel with this company again.Written 30 May 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- michdingKuala Lumpur, Malaysia6 contributionsI’ve had to take this bus a few times in the past month on the Taiping - KL and return trip. The published time is 4.5 hours, but they have been taking 6! 6.5 hours! It’s honestly soo disappointing. I’ve missed appointments. They say the bus is direct but they try to cut costs by stopping in Simpang, Kuala Kangsar, Ipoh, Jalan Duta. No respect for customers’ time. If you can, AVOID this company!Written 25 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
