We received the pick-up details via Whatsapp and the driver was on time.
The 3.5-4hr itinerary was as described and our guide James was very knowledgeable.
We had about 45 minutes to explore Clarke Quay and took the opportunity to enjoy a Singapore Sling cocktail by the river as most vendors advertise Happy Hour during this time.... generally 2 for the price of 1 drinks. Commentary on the cruise segment was excellent. The Marina Bay area was very crowded but the Spectra Light and Water Show was spectacular as was the Garden Rhapsody Light show at Gardens by the Bay. We had actually visited some of these places during our morning explorations of Singapore but it was even more stunning with the evening city lights as the background. A lot is covered in this value for money tour.

We arranged a visit to the observation platform following a walk through gardens of the bay. Unfortunately we had just missed the light show. Tickets booked for 8.30pm arrived no queue and straight up in the lift . Timing was perfect as it was fairly quiet and we were able to walk around with no problem.
Managed to catch the later light show of gardens by the bay however the music did not travel and I do feel to get the best you need to be in the centre of it . Still a good experience and probably a different side to it if done in the daytime.

My wife and i travelled in the duck, its a unique experience and a great way to see Singapore from the water. my only gripe is the noise i am sure the commentry was great but its relayed through an old horn system, its to loud to the point of hurting the ears and the high tones all mix in to one drone!! radio mikes and multi user noise cancelling headphones would be the way forward.

My husband and I visited Singapore for the very first time in March. I reserved a 3.5 hour walking tour with a great guide named Stan. He corresponded with me prior to leaving the US in order to plan our trip. I felt comfortable asking him advice on other areas prior to arriving, and he was happy to provide the information.

He met us right on time the day of our tour at our hotel. Together we used the Grab app which I downloaded prior to arriving in Singapore. This is Singapore’s Uber. We took our first ride to the Gardens by the Bay. Stan was so knowledgeable about every aspect of this beautiful garden area. He matched our pace for walking through the gardens. He wanted his clients to be engaged.

After the Gardens, we took another Grab ride to Chinatown. Before walking through Chinatown, we went into a City Center area on the second floor where we saw a huge model of city of Singapore. It was so interesting to be able to see the entire city, by walking around this model. Highly recommend this stop. Next, we walked around this area until our time was up. He shared the history of the various temples, churches, and mosques. Stan is a very smart and enthusiastic guide! The perfect combination. We loved our time with him. We ended our day with a lunch. We enjoyed our time with Stan. He became our friend! Thank you, Stan.

Singapore at night is not to be missed. This tour was a great way to see many sights and lights. Our guide, Jessica, was very knowledgeable and took the time to point out sights along our drive. Would encourage everyone to take it.

We really enjoyed our walking tour with Joanne. She really customized the food experiences to our preferences. One of the highlights we were expecting was how much she taught us about Singapore history- and came prepared with pictures. We saw Chinatown where we had a traditional Chinese tea, Lau Pa Sat Food Centre where we tried traditional dishes and Kampong Gelam where they were celebrating Ramadan. The only thing I would warn is that we walked 10,000 steps on this tour. We liked seeing so much, but you definitely have to be fit enough to walk long distances. Joanne was wonderful. I highly recommend having her as your tour guide.
