We enjoyed our private secret food tour as an amazing cultural and culinary experience . Our guide mr Ronny gave us a very interesting history lesson on Singapore whilst walking through China town and sampling some very tasty dishes.
We started with a Chinese fried pork (there is also a chicken variant in case you don’t eat pork) which was juicy and very tasty. Followed by a traditional coffee with special kaya toast, in a wonderful coffee shop. All whilst learning about history and backgrounds of Singapore. We ate the traditional chicken rice by the most famous chicken rise chef and had the most delicious appam! Then a traditional desert, followed by my favourite the Popiah! We have seen and learned so much today and that combined with the tastiest dishes! Certainly recommend and a special recommendation for Ronnie our guide!
