The tour guides were very supportive and knowledgeable. The food was great too! - SendaDoha, Qatar25 contributionsIn this tour is one the best highlight - Papaya island (a.k.a coconut island) which the toue guides mentioned owned by funny lion resort. one of the most breataking beach in the world. The sand is soooo fine and beach just so clean well preserve which you can just sun bathe. All the spots were beautiful. Really a dream come true. Dado, Alwin, and Jonard were the best hosts along with Rino who was boat captain. The service really was a 10/10 experience! - Narina T2 contributionsMy partner and I did the Lagum Adventures private Tour A and we had an amazing time! Fantastic and responsive WhatsApp communication with the company made it super quick and easy to book, Irene was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had. We were able to meet Irene and our tour guide in the main port in El nido at whatever time in the morning we desired. Jo and the rest of the crew were very helpful and assisted me and my partner getting into and out of the boat, Jo also provided some interesting background at each site we visited which made the trip even more enjoyable. They also catered for vegetarians which was a huge plus for us. We felt like we had full flexibility in terms of timing, how long to stay at each site, and whether we wanted to kayak swim or snorkel. It felt like a truly personalised tour, and far cheaper than what our hotel was offering. In day 2 we waited for 4h for our pickup in an intersection outside city/ village. The accomodation were decent. The companies will get you there and feed you. Don’t expect too much more, they are there to get their job done.

Booked at short notice for 7 pax including grandparents, parents & 3 children aged 13, 9 & 5.
Very professionally run organisation from online (then phone) booking, pickup, safety etc to knowledgeable crew (3) and great packaged snacks (including gluten free) at the private beach.
Crew happy to be flexible with our requests for snorkeling and off-boat swimming in lagoon..
Sturdy boat & great skipper to handle a rough stretch of water.

Firstlu they told me that they would pick me up at 3am so I was out on the road waiting. At 3:45am I rang and the lady told me that she would call me back shortly. I waited until 4:30am them tried calling again. Noone picked up the call. At 5:20am the lady rang to inform that the driver was on their way. The driver arrived at 5:45am. And the horror started. I was the only passenger. He drove at 200kmh on a very windy road all the way. It was so scary for me. It took us less than 3 hours to get from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. It is usually a 5-6 hours jouney. When we got to El Nido the driver didn’t know where he should take me. He asked me to call the El Nido agent and I was like what. I wasn’t given these details.Anyway finally I connect with the tour guide.
The tour itself was fabulous. Our tour guide John was very nice. The magnificent views on the boat and kayaking were just soo good.
Drama again when I finished my tour. The driver in the morning had told me that they would be waiting for me at the same place he dropped me. When I rang him he said I ring the tour operator which I did. Then the lady asks me “ where about are you?” Me like at the place where driver dropped me in the morning. She goes like you will be picked up by a different driver. No more details provided and she hang up. Luckily the El Nido tour guide-John was so helpful. After one hour wait we found the driver.
In summary the tour once in El Nido is fabulous. Paul was our boat driver and along with 4 other crew members, they took fantastic care of our group of 7.
