As part ot the Great Pyramid site, must be seen, If you look closely at the top it is the only pyramid that still has some of the smooth sandstone intact.

This is a modern built church, full of character and history, it is in an open cave like site, it has many icons carved into the rock and is huge, there were guides and they were very helpful

Huge, and I do mean huge, statue of this pharo is very impressive we saw it as part of our tour package, which was an English language bus tour of Memphis and other sites around Cairo.
