- jreynolds2014Dallas, TX132 contributionsA huge bazaar with an amazing array of goods being sold. Very crowded with people visiting as well as people selling. I tried not to make too much eye contact because once you do that they follow you. I found that the bazaars that we went to in Aswan (at the Nubian village) and other smaller place were more approachable and easier to buy from.Written 27 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Maurizio3030Cairo, Egypt1,544 contributionsWe live this market. It is not touristy. It is hard to get to it is aka Al Khayamiyya if you are using google maps or Google Bab Zuwayla. There are so many textile markets etc. We found a great slipper shop. Do Egypt . - Catherine3 contributionsThis was one of the highlights during my visit to Cairo. When I read about it, I knew I had to go. It all seemed so chaotic. The camels are mainly sold for their meat so keep this in mind if you are a vegetarian. Had a driver with a guide to get there. The drive through the countryside to get there was also worth it. Ladies..take a scarf to wear, dust being kicked up everywhere.Written 7 April 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Paco V4 contributionsVery nice place to buy some souvenir from Egypt (fix prices, good prices, nice things). They don't push you to buy something if you don't want.

- Kareem GCairo, Egypt10 contributionsWell it’s located at the beginning of the teseen road very close to CFC but whenever possible I prefer going to downtown mall. - lynx74Saint Paul, MN45 contributionssmall but worth the hike - if you are surrounded by bullet bras and pre-packaged blankets you are not there yet. - WaelADubai, United Arab Emirates87 contributionsAlthough the mall was an iconic one in last 20 yrs in Cairo and landmark but it had survived with the massive competition and the opening of the new brand malls in Cairo , prices are average and remains reasonable quality .
Negative , kids playground is very poor and needs a refurbishments and staff need to be trained to quality standard.Written 31 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
