Great place to drink some beers with local people and eat the Best pizza in Town. Shot out to mateo for being the best host. We'll be back soon! 🍻

Arrived early evening not many there at time. Showed to table by waiter, asked for English menu told they'd not have one, by broken English , but trying to be helpful.
Two in my party we both ordered same starter, delay in coming, when it did eventually arrive it turned out we had ordered a Share starter for two, one beef other chicken, not what we wanted.Had main course again after delay food acceptable and waiter friendly.

Ordered one dessert thank God as it also was meant to be shared by two people, though it was really nice ( but not good for waistline), again no English menu, no staff with English...

As we approached front desk to leave I asked Lady on desk would she please ring a taxi for us, as it was raining very heavy and we had no umbrella !!! The Lady did not look me in the face but muttered No , waiter kindly tried to intervene but again her answer was no.........

So we head outside to lashing rain no umbrella, no Spanish , lucky for us the kind waiter followed us out brought us to end of road and indicated to cross to far side of road, he waited few minutes with us getting soaked so we told him to go back and thanked him, just hope Lady on reception did not fire him, for being helpful.

To the owners of this restaurant you have everything to learn about ''customer service''
and if you hope to get more foreign tourists please print a few ''English '' menus.

La casa de la paz is an excellent place to get a different perspective to the colombian armed conflict as well as drinking an tasty local Craft - Beer.

There are some nice walking tours, beer tasting and nearly every evening there is live music, book presentations or discussions with interesting actors of the peace process.

I visited a lot of times y can also hardly recommend the tasty pacific food, the amazonian coffee and the friendly stuff as well as the fair prices.

It's definitely worth a visit while visiting Bogota Colombia!
