Angkor Wat temple is great and biggest one in the world. There are amny history about Khmer ancient people written on the wall. And it's a best place to see the sunrise.

Bayon Temple is remarkable for its serene stone faces that gaze down from every tower. The carvings are intricate, and the temple has a unique, mystical atmosphere. We spent hours exploring this site, mesmerized by the detailed stonework and the peaceful setting. It's a must-visit in Angkor Thom.

In the early 1980’s I became friends with several Cambodian families who were living as refugees in the city I’m from because of the atrocities that had occured here and elsewhere in Cambodia.

It was also because of them and their kind and gentle ways that I developed a love for the Cambodian people.

The things I learned from them was brought home by the enormity of what happened at this site. It is my sincere prayer that this memorial will continue to serve to remind all us of our common humanity.
