Before the tour, I was sent a picture of a van that looked quite luxurious with 19 leather seats . They came with a rather old and used 16 fabric seaters van, nothing comparable with what they showed me. They just said it was sent by one of their employee that left the company. No apologies, nothing. I was not asking for more honestly. - Vipin J12 contributionsPathetic service and rude drivers. I booked them for my trip to Azerbaijan but had to call off with their driver on 2nd day. Driver Khalil and trip manager Tahir had been very aggressive. Driver does not listen to customer requests. He had fight with us and thrown our luggage from the car.
