- Nancy S18 contributionsTook the sleeper bus from Da Lang to Da Lat Vietnam. I think we were supposed to be in vip one with bigger spaces but was in one with 3 rows, about less then 2 ft down aisles. I am 5'4 and 120, barely enough room for me. It did have seat the reclined back, but no arm rests. Drivers were rude, we were only tourist on bus. It left Da Lang at 5pm and at 10:30pm after I had finally fell asleep, driver stopped bus and made everyone get off. I tried to just stay on bus but he said no. He was very rude. It was raining and cool, and had to wait under open shelter for 30 minutes while bus drivers talked and smoked
I dont recommend this bus line, maybe others are better....Written 23 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Belgo96Brisbane, Australia3,440 contributionsArriving at Ho Chi Minh City airport in rush hour can be a little overwhelming so it was a relief to be met by a driver from Saigon Transporter and handed a bottle of chilled water. Drive to central Ho Chi Minh City was smooth and uneventful and invoice was sent direct to my email - I recommend this excellent company. Very easy to pre-book the transfer online from Australia via their live chat page (available in English). You can book it and pay for it on arrival. I booked mine the night before I arrived and they were safely there waiting for me. A taxi will cost you between $7-$10 USD - this will cost $15 so a bit more than a taxi but if you want someone waiting for you and don't want to try to deal with the taxis then this is a reliable and comfortable service.Written 25 July 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - family cFleet, UK32 contributionsWe travelled from HCMC to Can Tho and back again 3 days later. Going, we were picked up in a van from their office in downtown HCMC and transferred to the main bus/coach station where we boarded a very clean sleeper coach. When we arrived in Can Tho we were taken to our hotel as the coach station is outside the city. It worked the same way in reverse. The whole process was extremely professional and I can recommend the company. Far better than an expensive taxi!!Written 1 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- TheSaintKingSingapore, Singapore156 contributionsI had booked this car with Mr Alex who was fast and affirmative in responding to my queries.
Booked the car for 6 hours with airport pickup to Cu Chi tunnels and then Back to City center hotel drop off. Paid 1300,000 dongs at the airport before we started the journey.
Any additional hour would have costed 80,000 dongs as per arrangements.
The driver was good with steady hands and we had a enjoyable trip.Written 23 March 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - EllaOcoQuezon City, Philippines256 contributionsI requested the hotel staff at La Siesta Premium Saigon to reserve bus tickets for us to Phnom Penh and she made bookings with this bus company. The bus promptly left Saigon at a little after 11AM but the bus was not very clean and one of our original seats was not functioning well. The seats were uncomfortable and bus had no wifi. We had to stop twice at dirty and unpleasant restaurants so the driver and conductor could take their lunch and then snacks. The conductor couldn't speak English and kept yelling out notices and directives that we couldn't understand. The stop at the border was uncomfortable. We had to take our luggage from the bus luggage bin and take them with us while we lined up at the dreadful border office, which was dreadfully stinky and dirty. The final stop in Phnom Penh was lined with men ready to take advantage of a tourist. It was an awful experience.Written 6 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- G W4 contributionsAfter booking online we arrived early at the station to get our tickets. They gave us seats at the very back of the bus, above the engine so there was less room both vertically as well as horizontally. Couldn’t sit up or stretch legs out and I’m only 160cm.
There were plenty of empty seats on the bus once it left the station so we moved seats, but it left me wondering why did they give us the WORST seats??
They yelled at us to get off as we didn’t realise it had arrived due to all their announcements being only in Vietnamese. I understand we are in Vietnam and that’s their language however there was no accommodation for tourists unlike Giant Ibis buses. They were not able to even inform us in English at each bathroom/rest stop when or how long each stop was. Terrible experience.Written 8 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
