There are lockers and rental clubs available (but ridiculously expensive for old clubs.) Food is complimentary before the round (bowl of pho). - kevin aOxford, UK12 contributionsStayed at the golf resort hotel last year for two weeks and just now for 5 nights. The hotel and villas are 1 st class and had an incredible stay .
The accommodation is spotless clean, modern and very comfortable, views of the golf course tops it off.
Kevin the restaurant manger again was amazing , not just recommending different Vietnamese food from the menu every day he helped us with transportation as well. He is an asset to the company. Even inviting me to meet his family and eat, a truly amazing experience. Caddie tip is recommendable around VND 400,000-500,000
It is one of representing golf club in Hanoi.
It has 27 holes, champion courses.
The caddies are all male and they are very professional.
There are restaurant which offers buffet and the quality of dishes are also good.
So, the total rates have good value for the money.

Top club house.
Front desk out of the 3 courses we played in Hanoi the most understanding and polite.
Disappointment was pro shop no souvenirs what so ever.

Stated as an exclusive private course, Van Tri golf course is well maintained as it's status presents. Spotting a modern clubhouse, it is a smaller sized golf course situated near the city and the airport ,opening up another feasible choice for golfers who wish to play and not spend too much time travelling.
Caddy in Hanoi again is nothing to shout about. The greens compared to the 2 BRG courses were much faster but still nowhere near the standard speed you see in Thailand greens. Course is not too difficult if played on the Whites. Undulating fairways is one of its feature as the designer did well in providing these contours for a challenge on this flat land.
Overall, a nice course to play at if it does not burst the budget. Had a great golf experience. A group of 11 of us had fun. The course was still quite well maintained. Some of the holes are quite challenging. The golfing staff was mostly helpful. While assigned caddies may vary with experience, generally, they know the course quite well. Line reading assistance was pretty good.
However, do be prepared to wait for your food at the club-house eatery. The staff is less motivated and unless you speak Vietnamese, ordering of food may be challenging as they tend to send the newby to take your order.

As the trip covered almost all Vietnam from North to South we did not face any unsolved issue during the trip and the time schedule was met as planned...this was very good. Same applies for the three days in Angkor Wat Cambodia. We really appreciate the professionalism and good communication.

I tried communicating and was promptly replied by one of their staff. Her name is Nguyen Thi Giang or Charlotte. She's very accommodating and very friendly. So we booked our Hanoi-Sapa trip January 5 to 11 and with no regrets. It was a hassle free trip and the itineraries are so great.
Thank you Inbound Vietnam and Ms Nguyen for being so nice and efficient.
