We travelled 17 days from the north to south of vietnam and every step of the way, Anh would check in via phone and text to ensure everything was going smoothly. Our group was very impressed with how organised Anh was and I was so grateful for all of the travel advice he also provided along the way. Out drivers were all so polite and respectful. Excellent communication with bookings, before during and after trips. Sends driver details before trips. We booked many drivers with them and all were fantastic! We then took the Sapaexpress bus from Hanoi to Sapa at 7:00 a.m. and back to Hanoi two days later at 3:00 p.m
We can also highly recommend this. Lisa helped me arrange a transfer from Hanoi Airport to my accommodation in Halong City. The process was easy, transparent, and no hidden costs. Lisa is very responsive on Whatsapp and even rung me after I got off my plane to make sure I landed before meeting my driver. I feel so safe and looked after.

What I did not like was the staffs attitude on the bus. Both driver and other attendant were talking very loudly all the time even after asking them repeatedly to please keep quiet as guests were trying to sleep. The bus is very clean and good price. Today he took the bus from Hanoi airport to to go Vinhome Ocean Park ( price is only 20,000 VNĐ - under 1 usd), he forgot his luggage on the bus then he was very worried about losing his luggage, he even tried to run after the bus for 2km but couldn't. luckily he found the Vinbus hotline number and asked for their help. Finally my husband contacted the bus management office, the staff in charge brought the luggage to our house without charging any fee. Great bus service that you will hardly find anywhere even in the US. I didn't have time to remember the name of this great staff, I just had time to take a picture of her. But end up the van have super small seats that last seat can't even move forward the massage chair, so call. It will cramp the legs if u move upward. All baggages line in between our seats. Have to removed each stop we go down for toilet break. Journey back is not comfortable for 6 of us. - Janine M19 contributionsMiss Jessica is the best that Hanoi is to offer. She took care of us since we booked with her. Even after we paid in full, her services remained consistent. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She is very responsive and I felt safe while traveling because I could contact her if I needed anything, anytime. The service is personalized. I would 💯 recommend her to anyone!
P.S. her rates are also very reasonably and competitively priced. Confirmation of my return booking was near instantaneous, online payment seamless and follow-up emails were immediately actioned.
Our return trip to the airport had to be adjusted when our booked flight was changed by the airline but an email sent after normal working hours was immediately answered and the pickup time adjusted. The car arrived at the hotel 5 minutes early and the transfer was stress free.
