I just chanced upon theor ads in fb and I sent a message and to Thu was very responsive. Very helpful. Always willinh to answer all my querries. She even went out of her way to sent a list of recommended restos in Hanoi and Sapa. How the trip was arranged was very amazing. It was well coordinated from beginning to end. Multiple parties were assigned to us (different tour guide each day) but all things and details are well coordinated and well taken cared of! Thu was not around but she is very much reachable. She always response to whatever query I have. Truly remarkable service! At it’s best! - Tin n1 contributionThis travel agency was so beyond friendly, helpful, thorough, and active as we sought tours and navigated Vietnam. We intially talked to one of the travel agents over email and text, telling her our travel plans, what we wanted to do and we received a full list within a day or two with many different tour options and it’s full itinerary that ranges from day trips outings in the city to overnight cruises. We used their service in Hué and Ha Noì, asking about outings within and outside of the city. In both places, we opted for day trips. We especially loved the one in Hue, where we had a tour with Ms. Hong. She spoke English. Her and her husband drove two of us around hue and the country side, explaining the architectural sights of familial and spiritual meaning, with such a robust knowledge of hue history, sociocultural, religion in Vietnam and Vietnam at large, we learned so much from that day. none the less, we ended in a cooking class on her family vineyard!Written 10 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. All the golf course selection is awesome and so scenic.
Ms.Trang is kind and very friendly guide with well English spoken. Sense of humor kept the conversation flowing.

I was in a time crunch, but their team managed to secure a great space on cruise line. - Adrea H8 contributionsOur family of 7 came to Vietnam for the second time with a trip to Hanoi and central part Danang, Hoi An.
We booked a private tour with Viet Business Travel as recommendation from a friend just back from his Vietnam business trip. The trip was such a dream trip. All things have been carefully arranged prior to our visit including the air tickets, transport, hotels...on the date of arrival, we are welcomed at the airport with guide. They even arranged a 16 seater van for our group of 7, which was much comfortable and large enough for our baggage. We visited some popular tours in Hanoi like Ho Chi Minh complex, Temple of Literature, and a street food tour in the Old Quarter where we enjoyed much Vietnam street food like bank me, bun cha, snail, ...The next day we visited Bat Trang pottery village, we learnt how to make pottery. The guide was just nice, he talked about life, work of local people and himself. We had good lunch at a local restaurant. the meal was big with variety of foods from different parts of Vietnam. Late in the afternoon, we departed for Danang and Hoi An which was really memorable. we visited coconut jungle, enjoy boat dance in the river, music at night, cyclo tour and do some shopping. We bought some silk from local shop and do like its quality. we would like to thanks Viet Business Travel team for wonderful tours and memory. The tour guides and the driver were quite friendly and ofcourse could speak english which was a big relief. Since the language is a major problem in some cities .
Bana hill should be avoided.Its to commercialised. But only due to the cable car ride experience, bana hill should be done..if you happen to skip this program you won't regret.
Lastly the communication with the agency was perfect. Especially We had a wonderful trip in Halong bay with overnight on cruise: sight seeing, swimming, kayaking, cooking class, tai chi. we hope that we will have a chance to come back here and surely I will recommend Vietnam trip to my friends.
