- Barbora K6 contributionsWe had a great time! Jenny was such a nice tour guide and she took us to 6 places to try local Vietnamese food. Most of the places are family restaurants so you really get to enjoy a unique dining experience like a local. Jenny told us everything about each dish and taught us how to properly eat and enjoy it. There were only 4 of us so it was very nice. Haong was our guy! Not only was he very knowledgeable about the food and history, we even got to chat about other things not trip related. Since it was just me and my sister in the group, it was much more intimate and way more fun. Pick up from Hanoi to Sapa took about 5-6 hours with two stops. Had lunch at a restaurant provided by the tour. Our tour guide Cat was amazing. Acknowledgeable the area. Her communication skills and English is enough for me to understand. She went out of her way to include other three villages (Y linh, Lao chai, and Ta van) since we’re ahead of schedule with Cat Cat. - Maps8139061 contributionThe tour was very impressive despite the rain. The landscape is beautiful, the people super friendly and accommodating. The homestay was amazingly comfortable in its simplicity, shower was very hot Luggage was transported. Our guide Zizi was very very friendly, always answered all our questions patiently, her English was excellent! We would come again and hike with Zizi.
