This year I have used in for 4 trips: bkk-jomtien, jomtien-ban phe, ban phe-jomtien, jomtien-BKK and the last one will be BKK-Airport. I really like their services. Always in time, professional and liable. Recommande highly and prices are very affordable compared to other services. After one good service, I booked again from Pattaya to Bangkok after 2 days. That time service was horrible. - PigeonHUnited Kingdom46 contributionsOur first time to use Mr T taxi service from Bangkok airiport to Pattaya. It said 24/7 on advertisement and contact them in early hours of Thailand few days before we left home. Got an instant whatsapp reply at a competitive rate with details on when and where to meet. I also requested the driver to drive slower and be safe. Everything went so well on the arrival day. The co-ordinator took you to meet the driver. Car was clean. The driver really did not race but drive at an average speed and steady liked airline's cheuffeur throughout the journey. We were impressed and would definitely recommend. We will not hesitate too rebook with them on our return in a month!
P.s. They did take pictures on you to communicate between the co-ordinator and the driver to ensure the right guests were on. The manager of the company patiently and carefully not only prepared a special wheelchair van for me and my three companions, but also guided us well in the itinerary, unique tourist places, shopping, etc. The wheelchair van was very spacious and safe, and the driver drove very carefully, and I felt safe in my wheelchair even on long journeys. Also, the price of this service was the cheapest during these years. - Brad C2 contributionsGrab drivers are incompetent and downright frightening at times. Most of the Grab drivers are extremely greedy and will ask for extra money for anything possible. One got lost in a rural area, picked a random spot, said we had arrived "the back way," and expected us just to get out there and give him money. That same one refused to stop to allow passengers to alight, keeping the rear doors and windows locked.
