- Excursion496911468891 contributionTop coaches. They really take their time to focus on each individual person. It does'nt matter if you are experienced or not. I have 7 years of experience in Kickboxing but was quite out of shape to be honest. But because I trained everyday, my conditioning quickly improved. These 2 trainers really deserve their place among the best of the best. Enjoy Guys. This is foreigner friendly gym with good coaching and guide you how to play if you want to.
Equipment is enough for you to exercise and fit your body.
Good price , and quality.

The staff are courteous and will anticipate your every wish. Since I live in Thailand, Mira massage is the best for me. Hotel Tropicana recommended it to me. - flopa95Singapore, Singapore71 contributionsI wanted to get in a holiday workout during my trip to Pattaya and Fitness 7 proved to be a good option as it is close to my hotel and walking street.
The facilities are clean and there are plenty of free weights and machines. The squat rack was a bit low and as a result I could not do OHP without the bar touching the top of the rack. That being said, it is possible to improvise and OHP in the Smith machine or on one of their Deadlift platforms.
While the gym is not the cheapest with a price of 350 baht per single entry, it has air-conditioning, a table tennis table, a boxing ring and a shop that sells fitness apparel and protein supplements.

A lot of weights machines.
Treadmills and bikes but no rowing machines.
Only one flat bench press station.
Lots of dumbbells.
There is also a punch bag and gloves and a sauna.
