- John KCosta Mesa, CA2,447 contributionsEntry is 100 thb for foreigners plus 30 thb for a car. This waterfall is a series of 10 levels, some more dramatic than others. There are three parking areas. If you park at the top level, you can access level 3 to level 10. Some people have said that solid shoes are required, but I did not find that to be the case. The entire path is paved with concrete or stone, and there are no real steep stretches. Flip flops will work if you are used to walking in them. Crocs, probably not. If time is limited, rather than push all the way up to level 10, I would concentrate on levels 5, 6, and 7, the most dramatic falls. There is a checkpoint at level 6, with an attendant. Appears that the upper levels are sometimes closed. Toilets are available at each parking lot. Toilets at lots 2 and 3 are not too fancy. I didn't try the toilet at lot 1, but the building looked new, probably the place to stop if you need sit down. There are food sellers at lot 3. I ordered pork liver salad for 100 thb. Food was tasty and the ladies were eager to chat.Written 13 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dan KThe Hague, The Netherlands8,954 contributionsTook a short hike to waterfall with our children. It was a very nice experience. Entrance fee was 100 baht for adults (I believe, my wife paid). Our children were free. Plenty of parking available, as well as a camping ground and other accommodation to stay overnight.Written 27 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BethBristol, UK1,161 contributionsVisited to make a stop off on our moped journey to Doi Suthep. Very small but we enjoyed climbing over the flat rocks and paddling our feet in the streams. Free to visit.Written 17 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- singhasamWeymouth, UK4,019 contributionsIMAGINE yourself transported on to a film set for Jurassic Park complete with swirling mist and spray and some very weird landscaping.
That is how it appeared to me when I visited Angels Land, also known as Dantayvada.
All the waterfalls are manmade and so are pools of water which seethe and smoke, rock formations which look vaguely volcanic and some very spooky sections.
I had to stamp on my imagination to stop it expecting a velociraptor to step into view in one place where mist drifted through strangely shaped trees. Very atmospheric in a slightly hair raising way.
There is a cafe on site and visitors can wander happily in and out of caves, up steps to view points and, of course, sample, a number of waterfalls splashing droplets in all directions.
Having travelled extensively in Thailand I have to say I prefer the natural type of waterfall, but this is not to say Angels Land is without merit.
The gardens are lovely and the orchids are a genuine pleasure to look at.
People can also relax on special seating, hop across stepping stones and generally experience this very watery attraction.
I've not seen anything like it before and perhaps that explains a steady stream of people coming into to enjoy the experience.Written 29 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The road is narrow twists and turns, and has moss along the side.
There's limited parking near the Falls. It's a short walk to the Waterfall. While not spectacular it is quite lovely and worth a visit. There is a walking trail through the jungle - we didn't go along it as it looked slippery.
It was good to see something of the Thai jungle. There was only us and 2 other people there so it was peaceful.
Entry fee is 100 baht per person plus a fee for the vehicle you are using - we paid 20 baht to ride our scooter to the Waterfall.

It gets few visitors. The path goes downhill and is poorly maintained. Take care and wear good shoes.
