It is difficult to get window seat if booking via under agent and the seat is randomly assigned. It was simply wonderful. It couldn't have been better. The whole crew was just great, a very good boat. The dive guides very good, the crew on the dive deck very helpful. The cuisine and general service were excellent. I will definitely be back.

- 우리 ęł1 contributionI had a reservation for a pick-up service from the airport to the hotel which is provider by SST Global in KKday website. The driver was late for 30 minutes, kept using his cellphone, didn't know the way to get to the hotel. We spent 2.5 hours on the taxi and when he got into the wrong way again and stopped the car and got out of the driver seat to ask for the way, we just left because we couldn't bear any more. It was the most terrible service in Bangkok. - Yamin TManchester, UK3 contributionsI know it’s more expensive than other tours but since it’s only me and my younger sister and we want private tour so I purchased this one. We came back from the snorkelling trip 3 days ago and it exceeded all my expectations!
Our tour guide and the driver were incredibly welcoming and sweet, ensuring we were having a great time. What made the trip even more special was the attention to detail such as punctuality, a lot of water bottles for everyone, etc. They even have tiger balm (a type of inhaler for motion sickness) when my sister was dizzy on the boat.
The snorkelling experience was great too and we felt very comfortable and safe. There were two guides on the boat and although I did not have a lot of experience with snorkelling, the guide always pointed out various marine creatures and ensuring we didn't miss any of the underwater beauty. The equipment provided was clean and I like that they have shower rooms to take a bath after we come from salt water. The lunch provided was delicious Thai cuisine and I like that the restaurant is just beside the sea so we had an amazing view while having lunch.
Best of all, there were so many beautiful photos taken during the trip. It’s ALMOST 200 PHOTOS!!!

I did 10 dives with them, started off on the weekend of May the 4th when I did 5 fun dives. This inspired me to go for the Advanced RAID 30 certification with them. During these dives, had the pleasure of diving with Tim, Adam, the other Adam and Dong. All of them and the others are extremely knowledgeable, passionate about diving and conservation, and astute with the procedures.
They work with school kids in specialized programs which is truly unique.

We drove around 4000km in 10days. Beautiful county side & awesome food.

- natali19093 contributionsI did multiple trips with Suntan while living in Thailand and they were all great! They offer small group trips to Surin and Similan islands as well as day trips to Khao Lak and Krabi. The trips are cosy, always filled with good food and for me were the best way of exploring the country with the locals who genuinely love being out there in the ocean. If you are not a big fan of the usual mass touristy trips in Thailand, I highly recommend Suntan trips. It was also with Suntan that I tried freediving for the first time and fell in love with the sport. The diving was great but the company, hospitality, and service is what sets this diving experience apart from others I have enjoyed. I can not recommend this enough. Bunny treats you like family and makes the entire day a great experience to be remembered. I made friends I hope to dive again with someday and can not wait to return. Bunny is the best - friendly, organized, fun-loving, and safe.
