I’ve been coming to Fitfac Sathorn branch for more than 2 years now. The overall experience has been great. When there is feedback, they ensure to address it. The place itself has been improved over the time as well.

I have my favorite trainers whom I enjoy practicing with:
    - Gap: he has a cheerful personality. He makes training fun and full of laughter. He focuses on training you to do it right with power.
    - Ket: he likes to focus on combos and reflexes
    - Bo: is a combination of both Gap and Ket. I will def sign up for Bo when I am in full strength.
    - Sport Scientist Joe is always helpful to give advice on how to improve my core strength. He likes to walk around and remind us to do exercises correctly to avoid injury.

What has now turned into a yearly pilgrimage to Khongsittha Muay Thai Gym in Bangkok has come to an end. For the 3rd time in the last 4 years, I have returned for a month at a time to eat, sleep, and train Muay Thai at a place I consider a home away from home.

Each visit has been even more enjoyable than the last, and this one was no exception. From the daily morning smile and greetings by the Kiatthada Resort staff, to the trainers helping with all aspects of technique, bag work, pad work, and sparring, these past 30 days have been unforgettable.

Aside from the training at the gym, exploring more local restaurants was another highlight of this recent trip. Working and practicing ordering dishes in Thai was a great way to try and connect with a culture that I have come to love and continue to try and learn more about each visit.

I want to give a special thank you to Kru Jean for helping me complete the sak yant tattoo pieces that I started 4 years ago. From the weekly motorbike rides to get new pieces done and helping with the entire process, he has helped me understand and feel even more connected to the country of Thailand and I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I’d also like to thank all of the Kru’s and also all the new friends and training partners that made this experience that much better. Being able to help out people brand new to Muay Thai and also having experienced sparring partners that helped elevate my training is all part of the wonderful experience of sharing a sport that we all have a fondness for.

Lastly thank you to Sean Fagan for hosting the original camp back in 2020 that started all of this traveling adventure and Matthew Deane for creating such an amazing gym/resort and training atmosphere!

I first started training Muay Thai at Bangkok Fight Lab back in August 2024, just after I moved to Thailand. While they offer BJJ, MMA and western boxing, I will speak only about Muay Thai as I have not experienced the others (but have heard good things!).

The atmosphere in the gym is very friendly and relaxed. There are people of many different nationalities and skill levels who train here and it is a fantastic sense of community. Everyone has the same goal in mind: to improve themselves! The instructors are knowledgeable and approachable and keen to share their expertise. A typical session consists of stretching, skipping, shadow boxing before pad work with the instructor and/or work on the bag, sometimes sparring (though you don't have to spar if you don't want to) and a cardio blast at the end.

Overall, the gym is excellent value for money, the training is great and I would highly recommend anyone visiting/living nearby to visit!

I visited Master O’s gym in April while I was in Bangkok for a couple of days. I booked a private session with Master O himself (my coach from Australias coach) and couldn’t be happier with session. Master O’s attention to detail is next to none. I came away from the session with so many pointers on how to improve my technique. He also speaks amazing English and is very friendly. The gym is also super clean and the other trainers I met were great. I will 100% be visiting Master O’s every time I am back in Bangkok.

I only trained one session as I was in transit through Bangkok. I had never heard of this gym, and my friend who works in Bangkok brought me here. I wished I had a few more! The trainers are all friendly, skilled and will push you to your level of skill and fitness. Trainees were a universal bunch, from what I observed ranging from new students to fighters about to have their fight at Rajadamnoen. All received 4 x 4 min rounds with lots of conditioning exercises in between! I managed to enjoy a sparring round at the end, and the bags are there for one's own usage also. Overall, great place to train, welcoming and I will be back if/when I can.

We really enjoyed our Muay Thai session here. Both myself and my daughter decided it was something that we must try while in Bangkok and we are so glad we went. It’s a relaxed atmosphere although you will get a tremendous workout.

Just finished a two hour afternoon session at this gym with two friends. We had a fantastic time and loved every minute! We were all complete beginners and learnt so much. We also worked up a good sweat! This is a great place to go if you want an alternative work out on your travels/holiday. Well worth every penny. They cater for all levels of technique in Thai boxing and fitness as well so everyone is welcome and everyone will get something out of it. It has certainly added to my experience and stay in Thailand and Bangkok and I will definitely be visiting again when I get the chance!

I am in Dubai airport, waiting to go home, and reflecting on my two weeks experience at Sitsongpeenong Muay Thai gym in Bangkok.

In terms of accommodation, it was perfect, with proper much needs air conditioning. Room was kept clean, and everywhere was spotless.

We get two amazing meals a day.

The training is hard, be prepared to have a long skipping session initially and then to go all out for 4 mins, with 30 secs break, four rounds on pads and four rounds on the bag. The pad work was superb; it was technical, working on timing, distancing, how well I am guarding, how relaxed I am. They encouraged this beautiful flow in you. On which day by day, you see yourself improving.

After pad and bag work, there are callisthenics, punching with dumbbells, alternating kicks on the bag, and high repetition knees.

It is not for the light-hearted, be well prepared in fitness, flexibility and enduring training in the heat.

In the end, you will have improved immensely, and I am very excited to get back to my gym in the UK.

The people are lovely. I was so respected, they treated me nicely, with great care and understanding when I was struggling at times.

And, to see Sittichai Sitsongpeenong training is worth the journey. He is humble, friendly, looks fantastic in training and a real Muay Thai champion.
