We booked a private tour via tripguru. Our guide Tingly picked us up at our hotel and went above and beyond to give us the best experience ever. He is incredibly kind, considerate and knowledgeable. After a safe and comfortable ride to the elephants sanctuary, we got to feed the elephants, make their food, take a mud bath with them and, our personal highlight, got to go into the river with them. This was the best experience ever, adults and kids (age 7 and 16) loved it.
After lunch, we drove to Erawan National Park to see and swim in the most beautiful waterfalls I’ve ever seen.
Then we drove back to Bangkok, where Tingly dropped us off at our hotel. Again, I can’t stress enough how well he provided for us and highly recommend taking a tour with him. And the elephants were such a special and amazing experience that I don’t even have the words to describe it.

We found this online at the last minute. Our guide arrived at our hotel on time. Our experience included a taxi ride, boat ride, bicycle ride, complimentary water, tea, and sticky rice with mango. We had a great time and enjoyed our ride experience. I would recommend this for others.

A very well plan tour by a local tour guide, Lin who provided great insights of the places we visited and a flavour of the local culture. The Damnoen Saduak floating market was the second floating market I had visited near Bangkok and it certainly was more authentic compared to Amphawa floating market. It was a great experience riding the boat into the market to observe the houses along the canal each contributing to the local cottage industry in the area. I particularly enjoyed the coconut sugar sold at the cost to the coconut farm where you can purchase to bring home. Here you are able to observe how the coconut sugar is processed. Meanwhile the Railway Market was one of a kind experience where you are able to stand on the railway track next to a moving train just just a few inches away from you! The final stop was the salt farm where Lin, our tour guide explained to us how salt was processed, pumped form the sea to the many ponds where the drying and extracting of salt takes place. I even manage to get a glimpse of the local sable inhabiting the salt pond nearby! All in all, it was a wonderful experience where you had ample time to take photos, enjoy some of the local delicacies on offer and never felt too much of a rush moving from one site to another. Hope to to take more tours with Lin as our guide in the future now with the borders opening up!

The places themselves were nice but I was really looking forward to a tour guide, they didn’t really say anything nor even introduce themselves
Before being switched to another and just texted in the phone like the other reviews said. Someone in the group got bit by a monkey and wanted to go to the hospital and they pretty much ignored her the whole time. I didn’t like how they handled that. I would book with a different company this one is sloppy and unorganized. But the places themselves are beautiful and rich. Also please be careful of monkeys, don’t bring food. Or shiny objects.

The tour was awesome. Lin was an amazing guide. She kept us entertained, taught us a lot about the history and culture of Thailand, and is a pretty good photographer!!

Chai as a guide was the best I have ever had. He is knowledgeable, kind, smart, speaks great English, and really made our trip special. I do not write reviews online. This may be a first. I do this because Chai was so fantastic. Enjoy!

    The best experience in Bangkok.
Riding a bike on a wild island
I felt like I was in a world that didn't exist on Earth
Dinner while looking at the river at night was fantastic.

Watching fireflies in the jungle by boat
Something that will remain in one's memory
The kind and friendly guide was perfect, too.

3 stars are for Dui, who was really knowledgeable and great with photo-taking. Personally though, I was disappointed by the markets and felt the long journey there wasn’t worth it. As it’s quiet at the moment, stall holders were really pushy and all sold almost exactly the same tourist-y stuff- We were hoping for a more local experience which we unfortunately didn’t get. I’d also like to add a disclaimer for tourists who seek out more ethical trips as this is something we wish we knew in advance: we found it quite distressing seeing so many animals used as photo props, such as snakes which seemed at the very least to have been de-fanged and were repeatedly trying to escape, as well as slow loris’ which were basically catatonic and being kept awake during the day (they’re nocturnal animals!! And a protected species!). Ultimately, while Dui was a really good guide, I’d opt for a different tour with him knowing what I know now.

Great Service and worth the money for the expedited and proficient immigration procedures. In and out of the airport in 10 minutes was my experience.

All the places were nice and our guide (Jacky) was very friendly. So, mostly the day was absolutely positive!

Still, two things were a bit annoying:
    - On "Coral Island" we went to a beach were we could not snorkel (Koh Lan Pattaya Beach). For this we had to go to another beach (Tawaen Beach; costs: 600 Baht per person) and do it there. Actually, the complete group (4 people) except for the guide went there. At the other beach the price for just snorkeling was 300 Baht, so I think we paid too much for the transportation. Actually, our guide made this 600-Baht deal. Finally, it still was a great fun to do the snorkeling :)! Even for 600 Baht :)!
    - We had to wait 1 hour on the boat back from "Coral Island" to Pattaya. That was just a waste of time. It was boring.

I would do it again, but I would try to initially go to the Tawaen Beach ;-)!
