Airport Rail Link departs from the basement at Suvarnabhumi Airport, and city line stop at Lad Krabang, Ban Thap Chang, Hua Mark, Ramkhamhaeng, Makkasan where you can interchange with MRT Blue Line from Phetchaburi Station, Ratchaprarop – Phayathai where you can interchange with BTS Sukhumvit Line at Phayathai Station. My point of contact was Tony, who was professional, efficient, and very easy to communicate with.
What sets them apart is their affordability—much better rates than what my hotel offered, without compromising on quality. I also appreciated the ability to choose between different levels of cars, depending on my preference and budget.
Every driver I encountered was punctual and professional, and they even reached out on WhatsApp beforehand, which made coordination so seamless. On one occasion, I was running late, but the driver still managed to arrive on time and handled the trip with cautious speed to ensure I made it to my destination.
I used their services four times in a single week, and each time, they delivered consistently outstanding service. If you’re looking for reliable, affordable, and professional transfers, **The Exclusive Transfer** is the way to go.

We decided for Siam Service because it was more expensive than the competition. The more you pay, the more value you get, don’t you?
Well, no.
The driver was almost on time, we only had to wait 5 minutes. He didn’t speak a word of English, but he was well instructed and made 2 stops at service stations, where we could buy drinks and snacks, and use the rather clean restrooms.
Nothing to complain, nothing to get exited about.
But:
The car, a Toyota SUV, was very old. Too old. It had 320,000 km on the counter, which means it was driven 8 times around the world, before he picked us up. It wasn’t dirty, but too old to be clean. The seats were sagging and the suspension completely worn out. The trip felt like a 5 hours flight through heavy turbulence. Not funny. My back hurt on arrival. Not funny at all.

And Siam Service didn’t contact us afterwards to ask how all went. They seem not interested.

To all those ppl traveling to Pattaya via bangkok and wish to travel cheap then i must recommend that once u land in bangkok then first thing u cn do is go to the second floor of the airport and buy a local sim card with internet. There are 2 types of offers available 1- for 8 days and 2- for one month and the charges are 300 baht. After this you go to the ground floor to gate number 8 there u will get the bus ticket to go to Pattaya and the charges for the bus one way is 130 baht. Before taking the bus, please check whr will the bus drop you and whr is your hotel located. Please tell the driver he will guide you whr to get down or since u hav bought a local sim you can see it for yourself. The bus takes about 2 hours to reach Pattaya and the last bus if im not wrong is at 18:00 hours. So plan your flight accordingly.

From the moment we were picked up, he was not only professional and punctual, but also incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. His knowledge of the area was impressive, offering us great recommendations for activities and local food spots that we wouldn't have discovered on our own. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire trip, and his suggestions added so much to our adventure. Thanks to him, we were able to explore the best of Khao Yai, from stunning nature spots to hidden gems for authentic Thai cuisine.
