As everyone else has said, this is a must-do activity for an evening in Bangkok! We had such a fun time at Tingly Thai Cooking School with our vibrant host, Nam! We had been looking forward to this and have come from Australia ☺️
We did a Wednesday night class and made four popular Thai dishes, Tom Yum Gung, Pad Thai, Penang Curry, and Mango Sticky Rice. The Tingly Thai Team are happy to help with any dietary requirements or allergies if you let them know at the start of the class.
The flavours are so complex (sweet, sour, and salty all together) and there are many ingredients. But our host made it feel so easy to do and the time passed so quickly. We all felt like experts and cannot wait to try it at home! Thank you for the recipe books too!
The class is really fun and interactive so be ready for a few laughs. Make sure you attend when you are hungry because you will be very full at the end of the class!
