I fell in love with Bhutan before I went. When I arrived, the reality exceeded my expectations and Bhutan never ceased to amaze me. Today, the authenticity, generosity and humility of its people remain in my heart. So, if you dare to be enlightened by a place that remains untouched and true to itself, Bhutan is the place for you. If you want to discover it through a personalized and uplifting experience, MyBhutan is the way to go.
Emotions are contagious and MyBhutan team is so passionate about the country that you will deeply feel the magic of the land. MyBhutan will inspire you with stories from all the places you visit, from the most famous to the most remote.
You will be able to live with local families to truly experience their way of life and immerse yourself in a culture that has no urgency for what comes next. You will move from the material to the spiritual as you trek through Tiger's Nest Monastery. MyBhutan will guide you to reconnect with yourself as he reveals prayer wheels and bonfires in the most mysterious areas of the Land of the Thunder Dragon.
Feel blessed and spoiled by the most vulnerable Bhutanese communities who will share their food with you. Contribute to these communities thanks to MyBhutan, which donates a percentage of its profits through the Tarayana Foundation.
Finally, let Bhutan's views color your eyes green and blue. Let the maroon of the monks' habits warm your soul. You may leave Bhutan but the country will leave an unforgettable mark on you. All thanks to MyBhutan team,

Mr. Dorji really came through for us during our 4 day stay in Bhutan. Right from the beginning he was very professional and prompt with his communication. We talked via Whatsapp because I was referred by a friend who spent 2 weeks in Bhutan with T8. He was very quick to put together a plan for our trip and sent us a pdf with all points covered.

I had a couple requests, like a homestay (highly recommend) and some other things and Mr. Dorji added them into the program without issue or adding expenses etc. He was super accommodating. Also I sent him the wrong dates and didn't realize until last minute and he also took that in stride and fixed our dates even though he though I said I was coming a month early when in fact it was a the following month. He just handled everything without issue.

If you are really interested in learning more about Buddhism request Rinchen as your guide.

T8 truly cares about you having a very positive experience in their country and please if you are thinking about coming to Bhutan book with Mr. Dorji and T8!!!!

Etho Metho is a big, top-notch company that flawlessly arranged every aspect of our six days of city "cultural tours" and 13 days of mountain trekking up to 16,500 feet for our group of four friends from the States.
We dealt directly (for 3 years...pandemic delays) with Karma and her great colleagues in the Etho Metho office; never any problems, always informative, never a delay. Our 19-day guide, Lhakpa, was unflappable (especially during a medical issue requiring visits to three hospitals), well-informed, and an empathetic and effective leader. Namgyal and his staff in our kitchen tent kept us totally-healthy (nobody had any digestive issues)...oh, and the food was wonderfully good and plentiful Day 1 to Day 13. Sonam (great English, like so many Bhutanese) and his hard-working horse-wrangling staff were equally superb.
Kudos to Etho-Metho, even with us adding a three-day high-altitude valley and 14,300 foot camp (Phue Dong in the Masa Gang valley NE of Laya) to the normal Paro Valley (Shana) to Jomolhari (24,035 ft.) vicinity to Lingshui (fascinating artisan reconstruction work (earthquake damage) to one of the several 1600s Dzongs (monasteries - fortresses) that we visited) to Chebasa to Laya to Gasa trek. Adding two home-stays (Laya, Gasa) was a brilliant itinerary adjustment by Etho Metho a couple days after we arrived (Oct. 28) especially since Laya had ~5 inches of snow ~ Oct. 25.
With a climate change-induced warmer Bay of Bengal causing the monsoon to extend later into Sept. & Oct., our dates were cold but ideal: the 12.5 out of 13 brilliant, sunny days on trek were the only facet for which we could not (we don't think!) thank Etho Metho!

Very organized and fun trip. Bhutan DMC did a great job in organizing our trip. We loved every aspect of our stay from the hotels, to the tours, food, treks, etc. Our guide Karma and driver Sonam were excellent and took very good care of us. I highly recommend using this tour company for a trip to Bhutan.

Adventure Planets organized one of the most spectacular trips of our lives. We were there for one week but wish it had been longer. We hiked through terraced fields to beautiful temples, listened to the wonderful legends of Bhutanese history, saw giant rhododendrons blooming in the mountains, attended a wild, colorful festival, entered holy caves and bathed in a traditional hot stone bath in a farmhouse. Adventure Planets came highly recommended by another friend and we couldn't have been more pleased. Ugyen took care of all the details of trip planning, responding immediately to all requests and making adjustments to our itinerary according to our priorities. Nidup and Namgay were incredibly knowledgeable and generous guides and drivers. We feel incredibly grateful for this experience and hope to plan another trip in the future. We miss this magical place so much!
