After interacting with a few tour operators of Bhutan, we finally decided to go with Bhutan Best Inbound Tour. As far as the price is concerned, it was more or less the same as with other Bhutan Tour Operators. But what made us choose them over others is a sense of a personal touch .
Mr. Vivek with whom I corresponded, tried to understand our interest and tailored the vacation as per our need. He was also kind enough to meet us while I was in Bhutan.

Bhutan is a beautiful place and things move slowly there. It is like being in a different time.
A week-long holiday in Bhutan was a nice break from the chaos of hectic life.

Loved the people, festivals , architecture and the pristine environment.

Many of us had a first experience in Bhutan. Nevertheless, we couldn’t expect any better hospitality than Bhutan Dyang Adventure. We were a group of 19 female aging from 20-65 including a baby. Our needs were different, and they continued to fulfill all the demands. Hotels at Phoentsholing was extraordinary, Thimpu hotel and location was also great. They took care of our food habit and provided all the meals in buffet. In Thimpu the owners themselves came to meet us and provided us a car for a night sight experience. They included all the beautiful sight seeing that many others won't be able to provide. We were invited to a traditional Bhutanese cultural program which was outstanding and arranged only for us. We also got Bhutan's traditional food as a treat two times.
Our whole group can't but thank you enough for providing a whole taste of the beautiful country in just five days!! I won't forget to mention that all the privileges were given at the cheapest rate. I'm sure no other can give such experience better than them. Bhutan Dyang Adventure is the best and we'll again do our trip with you soon!!
Love and good wishes from Bangladesh 💕 💕

Outstanding! Highly recommend Bhutan Acorn Tours! They are very professional. They got us our visa in 2 days, stayed in contact through WhatsApp, and provided an outstanding guide, Dema, and an outstanding driver, Karma. We had such an amazing trip in this beautiful country. We booked our tour through Viator.

  • Dema and Kencho met me at Paro airport coming in from India and I was immediately put at ease with their friendliness and Kencho's careful driving through the mountainous roads in a very comfortable, warm and solid SUV car.

Unfortunately I became very ill the next day (something I had eaten in India)and everyone, Dema, Kencho, Karma, Lhendup and the hotel staff were so caring and attentive and offered to take me to hospital. Luckily I was a lot better after a good sleep and some hydration salts they gave me. I felt comforted that I was in good hands being on my own in a foreign country.

The rest of the trip was amazing and I didn't feel that I had missed anything seeing monastaries, dzongs, a museum, shopping, lunch at a farmhouse, attempting archery and the beautiful scenary. The weather was beautiful and sunny during the day and the hotel rooms were warm and comfy at night. They made sure I was going at a pace I was happy with not feeling 100%.

I feel that I made some beautiful friends in Bhutan and I would love to return for a festival and do the Tiger Nest hike.

I definitely would recommend Acorn Tours who genuinely go above and beyond from the visa and flight bookings to caring for you as a person.

Thank you Dema, Kencho, Karma and Lhendup.

I had a very pleasant 13 days tour in Bhutan with WORLD TOUR PLAN. It was very organized and had a thorough itinerary with professional management. The guide was insightful ( fooding, lodging , good communication skills, etc) and a great companion. I had, luscious Bhutanese food at various restaurant. I
was in tuned with the nature and the cultural sights that Bhutan had to offer....The night life was very lively and peaceful. I had a great experience and it was a blissful getaway from my busy schedule; thanks to this company. Therefore, i would like to recommend my fellow travelers, aspiring to visit Bhutan to grab the package offered by WTP without a second thought!!
Anyhow, I am looking forward for my second visit.

We had an amazing time enjoying the culture and nature of Bhutan, guided by Jigme and accompanied by Sonum. Before booking I exchanged many emails with Rigzin at the head office who couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating to my many questions.
We had 7-8 days to explore Bhutan and Rigzin helped to personalise our itinerary based on my love of food and my travelling partner's love of art/history.

For anyone who is wondering whether to book a trip, I would say do it!
Bhutan is unlike any country I've ever been to and Bhutan Travel Club went out of their way to make sure we were fully informed of the history and culture.

Bhutan acorn tours beyond met my mom and mine expectations. From the time we arrived we were met with kindness and genuine compassion. Our guides, Thinley and Lhendup were passionate about teaching us Bhutanese history, culture, politics and let us experience genuine Bhutanese customs. We left with only one regret, that we didn’t book for a minimum of 7 days!! Thank you Bhutan acorn tours for making our short but memorable trip to Bhutan nothing short of amazing.

I took a 90-minute small-group virtual tour of Bhutan through tenlocals.com, and it was wonderful. The friendly and knowledgeable guide discussed Bhutanese customs, government, and religion as we walked through town, We also toured his house, where his charming wife welcomed us into their home, described her traditional Bhutanese clothing, and made melted cheese with red chilies. The group was encouraged to ask questions throughout the tour.

To have wonderful memories is an asset to be invested in ones life as life itself is a matter of time.

I thank the World Tour Plan agent for gifting me a package of unforgettable experience of trekking to Bumdark Monastery. I will always remember their hospitality and the breath taking beauty of Bhutan.
I love exploring places and trekking and in particular the trek to Bumdark was something that still makes my body crave for more. My journey to an elevation of 3800 meters above sea level, feasting on the pristine environment and walking around the crown of mountains, decorated with colourful flags gave me the feeling of exploring heaven. It was a six hours walk from the road end point and most of the heavy loads ere taken care by the mules. After reaching the Bumdark Monastery i came to know that the cliff i was looking was the cliff of million dakinis as believed by the locals. The camping site was majestic with carpet of green overlooking the mountains and valleys, colourful prayer flags praying for sentient beings, I didn't understand what the feeling was but it was more than just ecstasy to see the beauty with spiritualistic gaze. We camped there for three days exploring even higher heights . We visited another sacred site called 'Druethey' meaning crematorium. The faith in bhutanese people to believe in certain rocks and trees as sacred was the reason why i got an opportunity to completely change my view.
After camping for three days we finally descended down to visit the infamous Taktsang Monastery known as the Tiger's Nest. It was a wonder, a master piece architecture that nestled on the face of the cliff. I was baffled by the site on which the monastery was constructed. Bhutanese consider this site as one of the most important pilgrimage site as this was the spot on which Guru Rimpoche arrived ridding on a flying tigress and maybe it is this faith that is the foundation for the strong hold of the monastery despite being on a precarious location.

Lastly I would like to thank my guide Chencho and World Tour Plan for making all the necessary arrangements and for the courtesy that i will never be able to repay. I have nothing to regret for as those memories are far more worthy than the price I Paid for. Treks are usually pleasing to eyes but what I saw was something that requires more than eyes to see, the faith.

We started in Paro, flying in from Kathmandu. We did not realize that you ought to sit on the correct side of the plane to see the Himalayas, a little hiccup we corrected on the way out. We started out in Paro with a substitute guide and driver, but they were both excellent. However, had quite a bit of trouble getting our atm cards to work while shopping in Paro, we should have brought more cash and converted it at the airport.

The next day we flew to Bumthang Valley and met up the Llendrup, our guide the new driver. We quickly found out that our guide knew everyone and was constantly on his cellphone updating our arrangements and we think some work for his other clients. At the Jakar Tsechu Festival we found that the activities were there for the locals and they were kind enough to share them with us. This was true for all of our trip, we did not see any "staged" performances just for the tourist trade. Again the guide surpassed our expectations by getting us comfortable seats overlooking the event, VIP seating for sure, with the head monk (the guides uncle), the governor and head judge of the area making room for us. They fed us lunch, butter tea and coffee as well.

Over the next few days we drove over bumpy roads and visited more monasteries and museums and of course shopping for local handicrafts. Ask you guide to help identify the local from the imported stuff, but after a few shop you will see the difference. We did get to the main post office in Thimpu? which was excellent if you love stamps.

We shifted the trip a bit to try and include things of nature, and this was probably the one big disappointment of the trip, we had hoped to see local birds and animals but had limited success. I think a guide who is focused on nature and knows where to find local species would be needed to make this happen.

We did get tired of the buffet breakfast and dinner routine and decided to buy meals ala carte.

We did try the hot stone bath and I would take a hard pass on that, the water was not refreshed between customers and I felt quite ill afterwards, the tubs are not large enough for a 6' 2" 240lb man. We did have a nice local meal after and a bit of impromptu karaoke when one of the guide fired up his guitar.

My thoughts: 2 temples and 2-3 museums are enough, it gets repetitive after that. More nature would have been great, easy hikes with wildlife were in short supply.

The guide could not have been better and the driver was careful and all the mountain roads. I would go back in a minute and use Acorn again.

But never through Kathmandu again, the clean air and scenery of Bhutan is sorely missing.
