They were both very service-oriented and lots of fun to be with. LT speaks fluent, clear English and was superior at explaining what we were seeing and tying it in with other places we had seen. He tailored things to our tastes and needs as we went, and both he and Namgay could not do enough for us. One night, they were out to 1:30 a.m. with us at a festival. Hotels were good. Dealing with Deki at Bhutan Best Inbound Tour was smooth. He gave us good advice and designed a great itinerary. - April G1 contributionWe had an amazing 8-day trip to the beautiful country of Bhutan! What started as a dream to hike the Tiger’s Nest turned into discovering all the natural wonders of a new country. From the start of planning our trip, Raju welcomed us like family and could not have been more helpful. He was always responsive while we were traveling, and we even had the opportunity to meet him in person! Raju found a way to include everything we wanted to do on the trip, and he surprised us with a cultural show full of Bhutanese dancing!
Heavenly Bhutan, along with guide Ram and Ram Sr., set us up for success on this trip. They helped us acclimate to the altitude and practice short (and still beautiful) hikes before doing Tiger’s Nest on our last day. They introduced us to Bhutanese culture and gave us a window into their lives and insightful Buddhist beliefs. I truly would not have been able to hike Tiger’s nest without guide Ram - he held my hand and gave me an extra push when I needed it (literally!). Plus, he was the best photographer we could have asked for to help us document our trip. He was an incredible guide and both he and Ram Sr. made our trip spectacular. Ram Sr. was a very skilled driver. As someone who gets carsick, I never had a problem with him driving on long, winding roads. We always felt safe and comfortable with him driving the car.
With Raju, guide Ram, and Ram Sr., we know we have made lifelong friends. There is nothing to regret for choosing Bhutan Inbound Tour from arrival till departure. Bhutan is a beautiful & peaceful country because of their people. My tour guide Ugyen and driver Neema are very kind and supportive people which make me feel safe like exploring in your own country. My Sincere thanks to both of them. Special thanks to Ugyen who is really taking care in details throughout my stays in Bhutan. He is really kind and patient for entire trekking & hiking journey and never chase to buy anything. Bhutan is memorable trip and I will definitely chose again this BBIT team and guide for my second visit. Thank a lot Ugyen & Neema!!

We had the best time in Bhutan! Thank you Bharat for arranging everything for us. Bharat did all the logistics arrangements and everything went very smoothly. The guide and driver are friendly and knowledgeable about all the Bhutanese history, culture and geography. If you are going Bhutan, go with these guys. They are the best.

Our guide, Tandin, was probably the most patriotic individual I’ve ever met and was able to explain every detail very clearly. Bhutan is full of gems and between the ornate temples, gorgeous landscapes and quite a few interactions with Bhutanese people we really felt like we were immersed in this beautiful culture. Dawa and team left no detail to chance while not making us feel handled throughout. If there was a highlight I’d say the Punakha valley was it for me. Easy enough drive from Thimphu on a good road to an amazing valley with rice paddies, beautiful temples, the trans Bhutan trail (tbt) and excellent places to stay. And not forgetting Tiger’s Nest.. incredible hike.. but go early!! Normally I prefer to explore places on my own, but doing this trip with a guide and driver felt perfect. From my first contact with Bhutan Acorn Tours until my flight out of Bhutan everything went very smoothly. Bhutan Acorn Tours takes care of everything for you: visa, flights,... They provide you an itinerary, but they are open to you making changes. For exemple: I wanted to see some takins, so they added a visit to the preserve on the first day. The rest of the trip was simply amazing. Friendly and fun guide and driver (almost felt like a road trip with friends), stunning temples and dzongs, breathtaking views, rewarding hikes, delicious food,... Bhutan just has so much to offer, and Bhutan Acorn Tours delivers it in the best way! They did an exceptional job at modifying the tour as needed and to our desires. I have never met such hard working, kind, and professional gentleman. I wish I could have spent more time in Bhutan - it is a special country. When you visit Bhutan, please sign up for this tour. And ask for Tandin and Choedra. - RKMUM-116 contributionsFeedback from our family of four. We left this blessed nation with fond memories of the people and sights. A big thank you to Deepak of Ravens travels who was meticulously in his planning and helped us put together the agenda personalised to our needs. Multiple iterations and detailed schedules led to the plan. Smooth transactions were the norm with Deepak.
Once we arrived with all the details, the guide Dawa and our driver welcomed us. They then were with us all the way over 6 days with care and patience. The driver merits mention in that he drove very safe and participated in making our journey smooth and comfortable.
The guide was a great professional who answered all our queries with information, insights and humour. Always punctual and always relevant. Deepak tracked our progress and satisfaction each day. We changed plans based on ground realities and it was seamlessly done.
Minute details like local dressing, hot stone baths, coffee at cold mountains, rafting and then the prayer flags. Amazing care where we only focused on enjoying the plan.
Finally, nothing can verbalise our appreciation for this small and efficient country and its people. Spirituality, security, care, politeness and beauty at every step.
We leave with admiration and a sense of gratitude to how this shaped our vacation as our family. Thanx so much.

Highlights were seeing the black-necked cranes from the Gangtey Nature Trail and hiking to Dodeydrak Monastery. Our guide Tsondru was particularly informative, thoughtful and fun. I booked a short 2-night tour a few months ago and I was very happy with all the arrangements they made for me. The communication before the tour start date, during the tour, and even after the tour was perfect. They are very helpful, reliable, and always on time for everything. I booked a tour with a 3-star hotel option and it was clean and comfortable. The guide and driver were very friendly and informative. Everything was perfect. - Ed W3 contributionsI would highly recommend Butan Acorn Tours and Travel. Form the start to finish Karma was excellent at amending the tour to suit your needs. Karma is diligent, friendly and trustworthy in all his interactions. Norbu my guide was a great person and had an excellent knowledge of Bhutanese/ Buddhist culture and history and was really friendly, respectful and enjoyable company, you could not get a better guide for Bhutan. Sonam, our driver, was a really nice person also who had great insights into local Bhutanese life as well as being very friendly and respectful. - Allison M12 contributionsI took a 16 day birding tour with Langur Eco Travels, and we traveled all over Bhutan seeing rainbow colored monal phesants, a great hornbill feeding its mate in a tree, jewel colored flycatchers, so many birds! I was a solo female traveler, but Namgay and Pema took such great care of my trip, it was a great time.
