- Merilin E1 contributionThe day was quite nice, although it seemed as if our driver was a little misinformed. We had to wait over an hour in the empty parking lot to get into the Casela park. Once we were inside, there was a problem with the tickets and we waited another 20 minutes.
The driver/guide also forgot about the promised water bottles, which was a shame since it was 30+ C outside.

We liked very much the The Rhumerie de Chamarel, Curious Corner Of Chamarel and Ganga Talao - Grand Bassin. It was very interesting to learn more about Mauritius culture and traditions. - Angela W6 contributionsGood trip to see a lot of the south tourist spots in 1 day with the ebony forest being the highlight. However, trip did not live up to expectations. Guide was not very knowledgeable of the area, indeed had to use Google maps to find one spot, no water provided as promised, lunch was 2 course rather than 3 as advertised. - Masanuri2 contributionsA very nice tour to get an overview of the south west of Mauritius. My guide Raj was very helpful and knew many things about the places and the plants. We made a lot of shorter stops, based on individual pace and interests. The lunch was very delicious with generous portions. - Gregory w4 contributionsWe had a great family day at ile a cerf island. our kids enjoy the beach and the activities, swimming in the blue water . the parasailing was a life time experience as it was my first time. We had a BBQ chicken lunch which was nice. Our day went very well. the speed boat was a thrilling experience :D :D. I lost my hat due to the high speed but it was fun.. - Sulaiman M5 contributionsThis outting started off rather dull, visits to a small marketplace which had nothing of interest to a tourist and the few other stops was not anything to write home about. Also, the place that we were scheduled to have lunch at was closed at the time of our arrival, which prompted us to forego lunch and continue with the tour. We took a boat to the ireland, left there for all the water sport and swim, then took off for lunch half way and back. - Brandon T4 contributionsWe are not great fan of shopping. We book this tour as we wanted to visit the mauritius port louis city. I must say it was amazing. Our guide bring us to the local market where we bought plenty of local products and spices at a very good price. Aniket was very knowledgeable and he bargain a lot for us. We got plenty of local souvenirs and gifts. - Rebecca TSolihull, UK4 contributionsThis trip is not organised well. They didn’t give a clear instruction on the day when it started. Firstly, long waiting for speed boat. When reached Ile aux cerf, we found out this booked parasailing is not on the island. We need to go back to where we boarded on speedboat and took car to the parasailing point. No matter how disappointed the parasailing company service is, careless, no listening, quick fly up and quick land off. Nothing can compare what we had six years ago. Lunch location s good, beach front lagoon offers nice swimming time before eating. Food is average. J'ai eu la chance de partir en excursion a la journee avec un guide exceptionnel. L'itineraire est bien fait, le guide genial, les activites et lieux a voir sont magnifique. j'ai pu prendre des photos du lagon plus belle que jamais. sans compter le repas du midi, a la bonne franquette : delicieux. Franchement, je recommande a 100% !
Amazing tour with great guide ! the itinary was great, allowing you to discover the best spots in Rodrigues island. I really enjoyed my day, learning more about Rodrigues history and culture, eating like a local and I was able to take amazing pictures from the Blue Lagoon. Loved it so much that i would recommend this tour to all my friends. Such a great day !
