Well worth a visit and buy as a combined ticket to included Berber Museum and YSL Museum. booking is essential and go early or you will be joining a long queue. Highly recommend.

What a crazy place! So easy to get turned around! But what colour, what excitement, what hustle and bustle. Lots to see and shopping is easy if you wish, but I kept my wallet well hidden. Can't believe the crowds and the motorcycles driving through the people. Strange to a Canadian but an absolute must visit place.

I appreciate how nicely reconstructed the building is. You will learn about how much work it was from a video played on a screen in one of the exposition rooms.
An entrance ticket to this museum is also not as expensive as at some other museums/touristic places in Marrakesh.

A trip to Morocco would not be complete without a stop in the Sahara desert and, with Sahara 4x4, you are certain not to be disappointed. As a group of three girls in our twenties, we did extensive research in order to find the best company, sending lots of emails and asking our friends for advice. We wanted a trustworthy company who offered a comfortable&adaptable experience at a reasonable price, and what we were given was even better than that!

The car was huge, we were given plenty of water bottles and AC was available (and a necessity given the high temperatures). The accommodations were truly dreamy and felt like real & serene escapes, distinguishing themselves with authenticity and impeccable service. All the activities were well-planned, the organization went smoothly and the communication with Said was easy, efficient and fast. Above all, the journey through the desert was truly spectacular, with breathtaking sights as well as kind-hearted and devoted people. No detail was missed and we are extremely thankful and grateful for everyone who took part in making this experience a memory we will cherish forever.

We could not ask for a better driver than Youssef, who has an immense knowledge on Morocco, knew the answer to all of our questions and brought us to all the best spots in order to avoid the usual tourist traps. Beyond that, he is also an amazing human being we were grateful to share path with for that short amount of time.

We continue to recommend Sahara 4x4 to everyone around us and hope to book another trip with your company in the near future… Fingers crossed!

    Thank you again for everything!

Great products that work as advertised . I’ve been having eczema for all my life and tried their products during my visit to Marrakech.
The store is a real gem.
Badr who helped me, was very knowledgeable and a great help. A must visit when in Marrakech and specially if you have skin problems. They also ship worldwide, which was a great find .

My friend Julia and I travelled from Australia to complete a 11-day tour in Morocco that included Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, the Sahara desert (my absolute favourite), Atlas Montains and Essouira. Julia had already previously been on a tour with Morocco Excursions and had the best time so it only made sense to go with Morocco Excursions again! Hassan was kind enough to accomodate all of our requests and make adjustments to the itinerary as appropriate for which we were very grateful.

We had Mohamed as our driver (Julia's second time with him) who was the absolute BEST! He was so incredibly kind, gentle, professional and polite and most of all, he was a very safe and competent driver - just overall a stellar human being! He showed us the best of the best and made us feel safe and comfortable every step of the way - he even fended off locals for us when necessary. This trip to Morocco would not have been the same without him!!!

We decided to stay in the Sahara desert for a longer period of time (Hassan was kind enough to accommodate our requests) and it was by far some of my favourite moments in my lifetime! It was made all the more beautiful by the people and also the fact that Mohamed knew the region like the back of his hand as he grew up there and so he knew all the places to go! I have absolutely fallen in love with Morocco and we will be back again. I would most definitely recommend Morocco Excursions and Mohamed to anyone thinking of travelling around Morocco!

A nice upmarket experience in Marrakesh. We paid for the Museum of Confluences 70MAD & straight away picked up the buzzer for the Bacha Coffee cafe. Had to check 90 minutes later, it turned out we were next to be buzzed in. Building & garden is stunning, museum is ok, coffee shop not exactly cheap but not bad value, each coffee pot yields about 3 small cups of coffee.

We just had a day trip from Marrakesh to the Ourika Valley with Fahd. He was an excellent driver and knowledgeable guide for our first foray into the Moroccan and Berber culture. Hassan the guide for the hike up to the waterfalls was equally excellent. We highly recommend the company and both Fahd and Hassan.

We booked the four-day tour to Merzouga desert including the Atlas Mountains and Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. Beforehand all the communication with Mohamed went smoothly and secured our booking with a small deposit a month before we start the tour. The tour gives a real taste of what desert life looks like. We highly recommended overnight stay in the desert camp, visit the nomadic family in the mountains, and the camel ride on the dunes. All accommodations are amazing with delicious food. I will definitely come back here again and again!!!

My wife and I did an 11 day tour in Morocco. From the first time we emailed the company, Mohammed was very responsive and sent a preplanned itinerary right away. He was willing to make any modifications needed as well. Everything went smoothly during our trip, from the time we got picked up it was extremely easy to find our driver. I had requested specific lodges and all the correct and agreed upon places were booked. The itinerary was also following as specified, but we had the choice to add / remove stuff as we wished. The itinerary was great though and covered all of the key sights to see in Morocco.

Said was our driver and he was fantastic. He was patient, informative and very timely. He always ensured we were dropped off in the hotel and were comfortable before he left, and whenever he picked us up, he was very punctual which we appreciated - this ensured our tour wasn’t running late.

We had day guides in Fes and Marrakech and both were also great. The day tours were a perfect length, the guides were very informative and took us to all the key spots in the cities. We also did a dessert camp which we rode camels into - this was one of the most memorable experiences for us. We went during August so it was pretty hot, all the hotels / riads had air conditioning which was key. Overall, I would recommend Top Sahara Trips for a Morocco trip!

Car hire was easy, the owner speak English/ French and Arabic, with a small office in the town not far from the big mosque. It was €45 a day for a 5 seat, diesel, manual 5 speed Duster for 2 days and an extra €15 a day for CDW (total cover no excess). If you’ve not driven in marrekesh and think of saving the extra €15 a day then you've got deep pockets 😏
The traffic is crazy most of the time and absolutely nuts the rest of it. There's bicycles, motorcycles, tricycles, pedestrians, taxis, tour buses and horses drawn carriages. All of which think they have right of way, and don't use indicators or any other form of signalling intention.
All I'm saying is pay the extra if you like me are staying in the medina, if your picking the car up from the airport and heading of into the rest of Morroco then it's probably worthwhile putting the €1500
deposit, and chancing it, as traffic tends to be fine on the roads, and not too manic in the small towns I drove through.
Car was nice a Duster, a few little knocks and scratches, which since I'd paid the CDW didn't need jotting down. It was also very dusty due to a sandstorm a couple of days before, and would have been nice to at least got cleaned outside, but inside was spotless. Drop off at the airport was easy, fuel is "leave it as you received it", which I prefer to the "empty to empty" some companies use, especially if the person before you managed to nurse it there on fumes, so you spend the first part of you holiday worried about making it to the first fuel station 😱
Watch out for speed cameras, especially the mobile ones, as the police can legally hide to catch you, and the fine is between 300 to 700 MAD, depending upon excess speed. Driving from Marrekesh to essaouira and back, we saw 5 mobile checkpoints on the same day.
