Lots to see and shopping is easy if you wish, but I kept my wallet well hidden. Can't believe the crowds and the motorcycles driving through the people. - Alice B9 contributionsA trip to Morocco would not be complete without a stop in the Sahara desert and, with Sahara 4x4, you are certain not to be disappointed. As a group of three girls in our twenties, we did extensive research in order to find the best company, sending lots of emails and asking our friends for advice. We wanted a trustworthy company who offered a comfortable&adaptable experience at a reasonable price, and what we were given was even better than that!
The car was huge, we were given plenty of water bottles and AC was available (and a necessity given the high temperatures). The accommodations were truly dreamy and felt like real & serene escapes, distinguishing themselves with authenticity and impeccable service. All the activities were well-planned, the organization went smoothly and the communication with Said was easy, efficient and fast. Above all, the journey through the desert was truly spectacular, with breathtaking sights as well as kind-hearted and devoted people. No detail was missed and we are extremely thankful and grateful for everyone who took part in making this experience a memory we will cherish forever.
We could not ask for a better driver than Youssef, who has an immense knowledge on Morocco, knew the answer to all of our questions and brought us to all the best spots in order to avoid the usual tourist traps. Beyond that, he is also an amazing human being we were grateful to share path with for that short amount of time.
We continue to recommend Sahara 4x4 to everyone around us and hope to book another trip with your company in the near future… Fingers crossed!

Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Ava K5 contributionsMy friend Julia and I travelled from Australia to complete a 11-day tour in Morocco that included Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, the Sahara desert (my absolute favourite), Atlas Montains and Essouira. Julia had already previously been on a tour with Morocco Excursions and had the best time so it only made sense to go with Morocco Excursions again! Hassan was kind enough to accomodate all of our requests and make adjustments to the itinerary as appropriate for which we were very grateful.
We had Mohamed as our driver (Julia's second time with him) who was the absolute BEST! He was so incredibly kind, gentle, professional and polite and most of all, he was a very safe and competent driver - just overall a stellar human being! He showed us the best of the best and made us feel safe and comfortable every step of the way - he even fended off locals for us when necessary. This trip to Morocco would not have been the same without him!!!
We decided to stay in the Sahara desert for a longer period of time (Hassan was kind enough to accommodate our requests) and it was by far some of my favourite moments in my lifetime! It was made all the more beautiful by the people and also the fact that Mohamed knew the region like the back of his hand as he grew up there and so he knew all the places to go! I have absolutely fallen in love with Morocco and we will be back again. I would most definitely recommend Morocco Excursions and Mohamed to anyone thinking of travelling around Morocco!

He was an excellent driver and knowledgeable guide for our first foray into the Moroccan and Berber culture. Hassan the guide for the hike up to the waterfalls was equally excellent. - Melody2 contributionsWe booked the four-day tour to Merzouga desert including the Atlas Mountains and Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. Beforehand all the communication with Mohamed went smoothly and secured our booking with a small deposit a month before we start the tour. The tour gives a real taste of what desert life looks like. We highly recommended overnight stay in the desert camp, visit the nomadic family in the mountains, and the camel ride on the dunes. All accommodations are amazing with delicious food. i'd give this place 5 stars but they don't provide suits or gloves like you'd get in the uk.
The price is about 200 DHS for 10min then 100-150 DHS for extra sessions, not a lit different to the UK really.
We were on the small track - there was nobody else racing (shocker). The timing comes up on the big TV screens. Its a great set up, clean, friendly (they called us a cab to get back after) and well organised,

Before even arriving, Yussef made sure the itinerary was to our liking and was always prompt at responding to emails. Our guide Mohamed picked us up at the airport in Casablanca and was with us for the entirety of the tour. Mohamed was an amazing guide and helped make sure we were comfortable and having a good time for the entire 10 days; he was truly an incredible guide. Yussef did a good job behind the scenes during the trip to make sure everything was running smoothly and was a great hot air balloon pilot when it came time for that! - Martine RPerth5 contributionsI had traditional hammam wash and scrub and the most wonderful massage with Khadija Otman.
The hammam itself is ancient and something so special to experience. I burst into tears when the woman scrubbing me sang- a resonant voice that helped me let go. Everyone was beautiful, welcoming and I felt so connected to a global sisterhood that is lacking in the west. Khadijas massage was truly wonderful, I felt held and nurtured by her wonderful hands. - MADMANXIsle of Man, UK111 contributionsWe braved the night food stalls of Jemmal El Fnaa sq. Having done our research, I settled on a plan of food stands 01 traditional food on skewers and tagine, stall 14 fish and a backup of stall 71 and avoid list of 41 and 65.
We settled on stall No1
We had meet skewers and a chicken tagine with bread and couscous.
I am sure it wouldn't pass a uk food inspection, but it was as clean as could be expected, the service, food, and experience were excellent, and with it being on the corner, it was easy to find and sit and people-watch.

- The Like B1 contributionIddir did an amazing job collaborating with local businesses, shops, and tour guides along our way from Fes to Marrakech. We stayed for approximately 9 days and we went everywhere from the Medina in ages, to the Merzouga Dessert, to Atlas Studios, all the way to Ait Ben Haddou, and made it to Marrakech. The tour included food, usually breakfast and dinner although lunch wasn’t included. It was an incredible experience and Iddir was very friendly and knowledgeable. He speaks English, French, Spanish, Arabic, and Berber, among other languages. The tour includes stops approximately every two hours to get snacks, water, and also gifts. It is a very well-organized tour, led by a 5-star (🤔😜🤣) tour guide, Younes.
