Beautiful night! The staff was exceptionally friendly and caring. All waiters were on time and made sure we had everything we needed. Great music, professional musicians and a lot of joy. My husband, who is morrocain and knows a lot of Gnawa musicians, was happy :) We all sang, clapped and danced together while enjoying the food and tasty mocktails. We would definitely come back and recommend to everybody!

The pickup was very good and on time. The food and the location were great. The show was a little bit boring. It was also very short.

We had a evening at the Chez Ali place with entertainment and dinner. The food was OK but they serve in stages and not all at once. We had soup to start with but no bread but everyone else was given bread.
The only down side is you pay to go to this show. But the people who entertain you also expect you to give them money as well. We was followed to our bus by a man on a horse from the show.

It was awesome to watch the horsemen charge and fire their muskets. It gives you some sense of what battles felt like in the day. For me, that is what made the show worthwhile.

The dinner itself was good. My girlfriend found out that when you order wine it is by the bottle. It is not possible to get by the glass.

Bring your tip money if you choose to dance.

Ismaïl is the most perfect guide, we experienced the Medina as the locals would but also saw everything a tourist might like to. He showed us all the entertainment and explained the relevance and history of each one but also had fun with it, we ate as locals and he took us to some requested shops. We felt very well looked after and came away with a lot more knowledge of Marrakech than before, experienced in a way we possibly wouldn't have without a guide. Thank you Ismaïl!
