Vehicle was spotless and he even had a special sign welcoming the kids! 5 STARS! - Tiberiu_BaranyiTimisoara, Romania18,192 contributionsWhat happens when you book your hotel 2 miles away from the venue you have meetings for entire week? - and on the premises it turns out that the 2 miles you were planning to walk , are actually more , because , well there is no sidewalk. And you did not rent a car, cause your plans were different ... now in that case I used taxi, to be more specific - California Yellow Cab.
I used phone to order a cab - it presented some issues , since dialing from an international number created a bit of confusion if the drivers wanted to send me a test message. But I can say it wasn't a big problem after all.
The cabs - cause typically every day (for a week) there were different drivers picking me up - were clean , the drivers polite and rides uneventful.
Waiting time for pick-up was decent - anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes - given the fact that cabbies a typically reluctant to answer "calls" from a international number.
Overall a very good experience - and since I got like 12-14 rides in a week I stayed in Anaheim I would say a reliable taxi service. The prices were decent - none of the drivers tried anything "funky", they were running the meter , although you can ask for a rate when you are ordering the cab.

- Passenger446166456262 contributionsI rang them with no notice in the hopes they could pick my family of 6 up from a hotel and take us 40minutes away with all our luggage (our previous ride had fell through) The lovely guy on the phone gave me a price while I stayed on the phone. I agreed and within 10minutes a driver arrived in a beautiful chevy, loaded the luggage and our family and we were on our way. The driver was so humble, kind and patient (as the drive was a bit out of the way). - Janne DNewcastle, Australia38 contributionsDiamond Travel and driver Yaser was recommended to us a few years ago when we required transport from Anaheim to Downtown LA and we now wouldn't use any other company.
We recently flew into LAX for a few days in Disneyland and booked Yaser for transport both to and from the airport. On both trips Yaser was ready and waiting to transport us and on our very early morning return trip to LAX a few days later Yaser was waiting for us with hot coffees, juices, water and fruit to get us started for the day.
Every trip we have taken with Yaser has been perfect.
