After an amazing body scrub and massage, I was disappointed to return to the locker room to small children running around screaming. It defeats the purpose of a Zen experience. - uvarobin1Rochester, NY249 contributionsI received a hot stone massage at the Rtiz spa and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. There was great customer service from everyone at the spa. The relaxation room is a bit small but it is stocked with fruit-infused water, tea and snacks.
