Beautiful collection of cars, and some rare finds. Lovely to hear the collection gets changed every so often. Highly recommend. 10/10.Written 20 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- 177andr_stBudapest, Hungary3 contributionsI visited the recently opened villa during a private tour, given by one of the owners, a businesswoman, who told us about the extraordinary story of the villa, including the renovation, and the 40+ years of putting together the collection, of Zsolnay ceramics, with an emphasis on the early, Beaux Art style period. It’s a pity it is not open permanently. Maybe later.
Though the building was used by a communist time printing house for decades (first as a kindergarten, later as offices), many details were miracoulously preserved. Then renovated with exemplary care.
I’ll certainly include it in the next edition of my Budapest: A Critical Guide.Written 14 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - BatleyAndybevbatley40 contributionsWell worth a visit.
Fabulous replicas and loads of interesting information via a prerecorded personal audio.
Allow at least a couple of hours.
Great value for money.
