The facility itself is spotlessly clean and appealing to the eye and senses. Both Miss Julia and Miss Olga were naturally smiling and pleasant to be around, and Miss Olga gave me the most excellent massage I have ever received in Europe. - Emma O1 contributionI attended Aida Chinaliyeva‘s intensive Hatha flow class (the Saturday 9am). It was a wonderful and empowering experience. The class was paced perfectly and she wasn’t shy to give us pointers and help. The environment was relaxing. Afterwards we chatted to her personally, she is an incredibly sweet woman who also studies at our university! The classes are not expensive compared to the rest of Europe, it is very clean with a super vibe. Location is smack in the middle of the city, close to Astoria and the schedule is good, early morning, late evenings. We spend a weekend in an incredible location: one night sleeping in a yurtha in the middle of pure nature, eating vegetarian meal, visiting beautiful village of Holloko and Buddhist temple, hiking, having sauna and partying at night. What to say…it was a perfect weekend to disconnect from daily life (and especially from socials). Dora and Francesco have organized everything perfectly and I’d really recommend them for such experience.
