Our Old Town tour was superb (some great local recommendations for coffee, wine, food) and included a trip up the mountain overlooking Dubrovnik for some fantastic pictures and views.
After a walking tour of the city, Ivo gave us some time on our own, which was enough time to grab a drink at Buza (a must stop) and grab a few souvenirs.

... engaging and friendly, highly knowledgeable on the city and its history (old and more recent) and took us to four excellent restaurants, including Michelin-listed, where we enjoyed superb food and local wines.

Lunch was in a charming non-tourist spot and the food was authentic and interesting.
But I guess that makes it even more special, to drink it on the farm it was produced, knowing you can't buy it at home.

The town was small and charming and most of the group enjoyed browsing the shops, walking along the water and sitting down in a cafe for a drink and a snack.

At the second vineyard we were invited into the home of the charming Maja and Dennis, to sample delicious and simple home made food whilst we tasted their wine, all to the strains of jazz played on the record player.
Her knowledge of wine, food, and local culture is unmatched.

When we first met Dino, he mentioned that in addition to normal to/from driving, he offers a Panoramic Tour and a Food/wine tour.
We enjoyed seeing how the food is cooked 'under the bell', then sitting under the old stone bridge and enjoying generous serves of home cooking.
