The SkyPoint Q1 building climb is a must bucket-list adventure when at the Gold Coast.

It is very safe throughout, as you are tethered by cable that can support some 11 tonnes. The jumpsuits will most likely be able to cover your usual outfit(s), so no specialised clothing is necessary. If you wear glasses, they will be secured too.

Expect approximately 90 minutes moving up and down steps inclined at 30 to 60 degrees, with very friendly guides. Reaching a maximum elevation of 270m above sea level.

On a clear day, the 360-degree views are spectacular.
And we were lucky enough to enjoy a clear, albeit windy, day with stunning sights.

Plus you get complimentary entry to the Q1 Observation Deck (~$28 value), and get to keep the 'SkyPoint' cap afterwards!

    Highly recommended.

Short family trip with our teenage daughter. Wonderful accomodation at Peppers Soul. Large appartment style two bedroom & 2 bathrooms Ocean side on 24 floor. Staff attentive & cleaned daily. Surfers Main Beach clean & beautiful.
Local food restaurants amazingly fresh seafood. Night markets & fireworks Saturday night.
Japanese at the QT 5 ⭐️. Rick Shores in Burleigh Heads lives up to hatted restaurant standards.
    We had a great break.
    Thanks Peppers & GC ☀️🏖️🐚

Spur of the moment entry and we didn’t regret it! 2 teenagers and 2 adults had a blast with lots of laughs for about 2 hours.
Mirror maze was great, and there were heaps of weird and quirky things to see and read about. Perhaps they aren’t all authentic, but it was still interesting.
You might find it costly, but when you’re on holidays you spend money on things you wouldn’t usually.

We went here several times as it was over the road from where we were staying. There is a variety of stalls and we all ended up buying something, so I suppose that is a success. It is not very big, but I suppose that was the time of year.

Macintosh Island Park is a wonderful oasis of a park close to Main Beach, Narrowneck and Surfers Paradise. With plenty of shade amongst the trees, there is a lake, plenty of birdlife (such as peacocks), a play area, picnic tables, all in a peaceful and tranquil location just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Main Beach and Surfers Paradise. A wonderful place to escape the crowds for an hour or two.

Visited recently while in Surfers Paradise. You can't miss it from all the lights. Has a slingshot, vomitron and mini golf plus a few other things. Older kids when on the slingshot and really enjoyed it whilst younger ones liked the mini golf. The young lady, Moni, serving was very helpful and engaging. If you are into fast paced adrenaline rides, then this is a must visit.

Located in the Surfers precinct, fairly nice mall, more like a covered passage, a little dated for us, could do with an upgrade, however nice for a browse and a walk through

This shopping centre has been fully renovated and is much improved from the past.

Its the largest and most well known mall in Surfers Paradise.

As a child I use to visit to play games ion the amusement centre.

There appears to have been an addition with some new tenants like El Camino Mexican, Thai Restaurant, and ice cream shops and more.

On the first floor where the eateries are located you get great views of Surfers Paradise Beach.

Part of the surfers paradise precinct, just off cavill mall, nice place to hang out watching the world go by, plenty of eateries, to enjoy, larger than life electric dinosaurs and other varieties for kids to enjoy, beware they can get a little out of control.
