- DanPunePune District, India7 contributionsNice place just besides Palolem beach.
After a little bargaining, we paid Rs. 700 for a boat ride with 6 people.
In between the ride you can click pictures of King Fisher, Monkeys and Eagles (when they throw some pieces of chicken).
A wonderful experience. Remember to capture the eagle show in Slow motion, you would love it :)Written 9 November 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Be careful of the scammers directly in front of Rahul’s who tried to trick us into thinking they were Rahuls cooking school. It is not and nothing but rip off artists trying to steal Rahuls customersWritten 17 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - David DDevon, UK29,021 contributionsWe spent two nights in Palolem, 19th and 20th March and we walked along this street on a number of occasions.
As it's name suggests it leads to the famous Palolem Beach.
The Road is lined with shops and stalls selling a variety of goods including artisan/bohemian clothing, souvenirs, fabrics, jewellery, spices and so much more, in fact anything to attract tourists attention.
There are also a number of restaurants along the Road, we visited Kanvas, reviewed separately. A number of tattoo places where here in between the shops and restaurants.
Due to the popularity of the beach this is a busy road with pedestrians and vehicles. There is a taxi rank here, so there is no problem catching a taxi of a tuk tuk.
We saw cows just ambling up and down the street causing chaos we the traffic. On one occasion a young cow stopped the traffic while walking down the centre of the road. The car that stopped, to allow the cow to pass, had a floral tribute hanging from the front of the car which the cow proceed to eat, we found it rather amusing.Written 14 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The massage was so painful in the first session and felt so healing with each further session i had. Also i felt the reiki was very helpful to release on a deeper level. In total i received 7 therapies and felt so wonderful light in the last one. Nothing was painful anymore and deep stuck emotion were out of the body. My scoliosis and disbalanced hip felt perfect again.. and on top he shared great yoga asanas i gan practice in the future specifically for my „problems“ in the body. I am so grateful for his knowledge and skills! Very very highly recommended to anyone here in palolem, patnem or agonda that is seeking healing and is ready to surrender!!! We come back!!!!Written 18 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- David DDevon, UK29,021 contributionsWednesday afternoon 20th of March and we visited this small viewpoint. It is located at one end of Palolem Beach, near the Big Bull Beach Bar.
At the base of the pathway, on the beach, there are some impressive rocks.
Having walked across the wooden element of the pathway we climbed the thirty or so broken and uneven steps to the top of the hill.
There was not a lot here apart from a load of empty beer bottles and a massive rock. However standing here there were some great views across the bay and the mile long stretch of sand of Palolem Beach as far as Canacona Island
From here there were steps down the other side of the hill leading to a small sandy beach in a rocky cove. At the time we were here a guy told us that we could not go down to the beach as sceens from a Bollywood movie were being shot at the time.Written 25 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The teacher is professional and attentive. I persevered in the classes and my flexibility improved a lot, as did my balance. I was able to do things I couldn't do before, such as lotus position and headstand. And above all, I learned from Shiva about the yogic approach to life and how to be happier. He is a gecoreat teacher who believes in what he does and manages to convey this to his students.Written 20 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bodhi TreeNew Delhi, India4 contributionsMe and my wife had a wonderful kayaking experience at Palolem. Initially we were very scared but thanks to Samson's encouraging talk that vanished out fear. He also lent us a special broad Kayak which is quite stable. Plus we got our photos clicked for free 🙂Written 22 February 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Rerry5162738416 contributionsMy partner and I each had a deep tissue massage at the spa, we were not guests of the resort but staying nearby. Very reasonable price for a deep tissue massage. The therapists were very good and considerate. Advocate if you feel the pressure is too deep and let them know so they can change the pressure applied. I was very impressed with the therapist. The atmosphere of the spa is very calming, the music and ambience are very nice.Written 27 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I ve been included as a member of the family from the beginning.
They offer so many intresting classes,
From meditation to ashtanga, hatha, vinyasa, yin, sound healing and reiki.
You can feel that krishna Baba has such a big heart and a huge knowledge, he is always ready to help you and to listen to you and make sure that you always feel comfortable and safe.
They provide you a sattvic diet which means plant based food always fresh and made with lots of love.

Can’t recommend this school enougth two great teachers with very solid and well thought out asana classes. The class can cater for begginers to advanced. Morning class starts at the perfect time of 9:15.
The elevated studio in the canopy is airy and ideal for class. It may be diffficult to find at first. Walk along the beach and it is directly behind Sri Valentine.Written 31 December 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
