What travellers are saying
- russellbrown181Hednesford, UK608 contributionsIt’s pretty cheap (£4) to go in but once yku’re in you queue for half an hour, take a picture & then leave. Probably not worth travelling to but if you’re in the area then it’s a nice thing to see & have a picture withWritten 27 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Qais S K2 contributionsWhatever you do avoid these guys they are absolute thieves. Everyone inside the park knows apparently that they lie about what they offer. We called the police to get our money back. Seriously we would not leave a bad review unless we meant it be careful stay awayWritten 30 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Antonette C3 contributionsThe Beach Club we went to charged 400 pesos per person for a snorkel trip. We passed on that but then saw someone from Tulum Snorkel Services at a table on the beach and we were charged 350 pesos pp. We booked at 2:00 trip. The ride to the ruins to take pictures could be eliminated but the rest of the trip was great. Nicholas and Alfedo were the crew. They spoke only Spanish. We got in the water at one spot where other boats were throwing in fish to attact the rays and turtles. That is disappointing to me as I teach my children not to mess with nature but we saw about 20 rays and a turtle. There are lots of sea fans and some fish but the coral is pretty much dead. They then took us to another spot with no other boats. There was some coral that was alive (look for color) and a LOT more fish. We even saw an adult and juvenile turtle without throwing any chopped fish into the water. This was a much better experience. Thank you Alfredo and Nicholas. Also, we had some non swimmers in the group and Alfredo pulled them with the floatation ring - he went above and beyond! Thank you!Written 9 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Alexis C1 contributionDo not go here unless you use pesos !!! We got tricked out of $100 and ended paying $300 for two small tattoos ! We never received a refund and have spent 2 weeks fighting with them and they are just giving us the run around ! Go check google reviews to see other unhappy customers! Also they guy suppose to be helping me called me a liar and other nasty things I did not appreciate because I’m allowed to leave a review on my experience. This was not handled professionally and agree with other people who have said they are keeping money under books and not handling transactions properly they want you to use your card so just get pesos instead so not make the mistake me and my friend made ! This trip has turned horrible for us 5 girls and not getting any better since we’ve been back home all because we tried to make a memory on my bachelorette trip ! Just wait til you get back home to get tattoo do not go to this shop in TulumWritten 30 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - missgutNational Harbor, MD59 contributionsTerrible - 1,000% do not recommend at all. Super disorganized and very slow. When we got there, it took forever to pay and then the salespeople are hounding you to buy things. Our tour guide Fernando was a nice person, but we were ALONE in the woods multiple times and did not have anyone guiding us. At the end when we all did not want to go to the cenotes (which have bats in the cave and fish swimming around) part of our group COULD NOT go back to the main area which is a bus ride away. Instead, we had to sit around, hungry and tired and wait for the rest of our group. Not only was this annoying, it’s stupid - we wanted to spend money on food, drinks, and souvenirs. (We didn’t bring money to the cenote area). We were irritated and ready to go so we didn’t spend any additional money. The drinks were terrible anyway, so they saved me from wasting money. Finally, a van with NO AC took us back to the main area. Overall we had some fun on the ziplines and ATVs, but there are much better organized tours than this one with guides who make sure you have a great experience. To make everything worse, at the end of the tour, they then tried to cram our party of 9 into a van with another group even though we paid for private transportation. After we protested, they put us in our own (raggedy) van to get back home. But if we wouldn’t have said anything, they totally would have scammed us out of a ride. Skip this company - it was the worst!Written 15 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
