Mulu Caves Miri
#1 of 15 Nature & Parks in Miri District
The trails, caves and forests are spectacular and kept nearly spotlessly clean; the park guides are extremely knowledgable; everything is very well maintained.
The national park is well setup and we had a great time wandering around the Park HQ and nearby walks, as well as visiting the 4 main show caves.

Beautiful park, where you are greeted by a little boat trip, met by huge beautiful butterflies, there's a museum of local history, well worth walking round some fascinating history to be found.
Once you enter the Niah National Park and purchase a ticket remember to take water (there are vendors selling water midway), a head light (an absolute must), rain poncho, and binoculars (if you like birds).
