You are provided with a comprehensive safety talk before the start. You get three hours to go round and can choose height and difficulty levels - there are different height levels 4m, 7m and 11m each with two levels of difficulty. (There is also an easy 1m circuit).
You are hooked up to the safety cable the whole time you are on a circuit, so no risk of coming off.
There are rules for the number of people on the obstacles and posts which were followed by those going round the course. This does mean that you sometimes have to wait at different stages, but generally this is not an issue and a good way to get some rest as you go round.
Occasionally people get stuck and need help, but the staff running the centre were quick to reach those stuck and help them out.
If you are in the area and fancy a non water sport based activity then I highly recommend this climbing park.
