Ski clothing was ready waiting at our hotel when we checked in and the process to return items was so easy.
Quality of clothing was excellent if not brand new.

Communication was excellent, the bikes were in top condition and reliable, and we were given panniers, helmets, locks, repair kit, etc. The cost was also very reasonable. And Tarek is a lovely man with very good English (easier for us), and gave us lots of info to help us along the way. It was not very expensive and the company we used (www.e-zweird.at) were friendly and very accommodating. From the day I first contacted them, they’ve been always very helpful and kind.
Delivered the scooter just in time and in great shape. Without it, my mother could not travel with so autonomy.
Their prices are very reasonable and fair.
I forgot to leave the keys (which could have been a major issue) and Jenny was still super comprehensive and kind, and let us mail them with no surcharge.
Thanks a lot, Jenny and Mobile4ever team! You really make life memories possible!

It is mostly used as a commute service by locals but very useful to exlore the city as a visitor. You can also ride outside the city. We rented 2 bikes in perfect condition for a half of the day. Very modest price and incredibly welcoming people! Showed us best ways on the map, advised so many beautiful things to see and made our day! Pro: good location and wide selection of bikes
Cons: very slow in serving customer, lot of time to find the keys to unlock the bikes.
Payment in cash (in 2022) for the rental, but then they ask 150 euro deposit for each bike rented. We had to left 600 euro deposit with Credit card but we had to pay 80 euro for the rental (20 for each bike). - Stressed2Fairfield, CT461 contributionsWe rented the bikes in krems. You should set up the account before you arrive and then you need an app or have to call in the reservation. The bikes are very heavy and have only a few speeds (all slow). There is no air pump at the sites so you have to deal with whatever is there.
