- Maryorie E3 contributionsWe had a fantastic tour in Vienna that took us to hidden gems I never would have discovered on my own! The food was incredibly tasty, with perfectly sized portions that left us satisfied and happy. We especially loved the Wiener schnitzel and the apple strudel—they were delicious! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. Lunch at Durnstein and wine tasting was lovely ! We did not use e-bike that day and thus a bit challenging as part of the roads were hilly. However there were 10 of us in all, so we only had the smallest amount of wine each. - Shannon SBrandon, MS50 contributionsThis was the BEST tour. We had a private guide, Marco, who made the trip. He was so easy to be with all day and tailored everything to what we wanted. The wineries were beautiful and delicious! We were not able to take the boat ride on the Danube due to the recent flooding which was disappointing but we visited the Melk Abbey instead. He stopped at several small stops on the way for pictures and sightseeing. We visited four markets across Vienna over the course of four hours. James was a wonderful guide full of information and enthusiasm about the markets and the city. At each market James selected a specialty food and drink to enjoy. We finished full of delicious Austrian food and happy with glühwein. Maria Nicolette is an excellent guide and is so positive and informative without being pedantic. Loved her passion and you can tell all the restaurant owners love her. Best tour guide I have had in a while. Enjoyed the food choices and drinks. Carlo at the Moto rooftop bar is one great mixologist!
