- srsobusSummerville, SC55 contributionsWe started out in the wrong foot, when we were put into the incorrect class. We made chocolate bars, not Mozart Chocolates. But what did we know? We did question the manager because ww were disappointed, and lucky for us a Mozart Class was starting in 30 minutes, and we could join. The entire experience was very interesting and enjoyable. - Amanda E5 contributionsMy friend and I took the Mozartkugel workshop knowing nothing about the confection until we got a “big box” pre-wrapped version the day before our class, but omg the creations we made at this workshop are SO much better! We learned a lot about chocolate and the evolution of the Austrian chocolate scene. Would absolutely take a class here again. The host was very knowledgeable and easy to chat with.
