- lspr331 contributionWanted an easy way to visit Liechtenstein so took this tour. For us Heidiland was waste of time other than a break in the country. The tour through Zurich was kinda good as our guide was quite knowledgeable. The time spent in Liechtenstein was a little too short (an hour) for what we wanted but it is what it is.
If you want Heidiland and Liechtenstein then this trip is for you. - TovalehPhiladelphia, PA19 contributionsJust returned from this tour, on which we ( couple) were the only guests- as promised, the tour went on, just for us. Very personalized, attentive service; drivers and guides were all knowledgeable & pleasant. Hotels were all fine, especially the one in St Moritz.. Itinerary changed a bit, added Rhine Falls, due to ticketing issues on train. Both we and the tour operator were flexible and we got all that we expected. Some communication problems caused short-term annoyance but everything worked out . Triesenberg is also worth visiting because of the beautiful view. That said, it is an easy way to see what’s what in Vaduz. The commentary is pretty rubbish though. Really waffly and hard to follow.

He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He made sure we were comfortable and that our trip was memorable. He went above and beyond to meet our interests, personalizing our itinerary while making sure we got to see as much as possible. He was very easy to communicate with and also captured lots of great pictures for our family. - ChrWilsNew York City, NY25 contributionsMy tour with Aleksandra was excellent. From the beginning she was attentive and flexible. She messaged me days before to introduce herself and ask if I had any questions. She then mentioned that we would miss the evening light and was able and willing to move the time up so we could catch it. She is extremely knowledgeable about this history of Vaduz and its lovely country. We took a walk to the castle and took some breathtaking pictures along the way of the Alps surrounding this quaint village. Finally, we went to the Christmas market and shared a drink as she told me more about the Liechtenstein's culture and people. - Christina G3 contributionsDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We booked a private trip for an 8am pick up. Driver does not show. We chat with Yo Tours customer service and they tell us the driver is out front of the hotel. We ask for the driver number because we see no driver out front. They do not provide # until two hours later when we had left the pick up spot. We asked for a refund and they tell us we can't have one because we are on the tour. We booked through Viator and Viator says we can't have a refund because we are on the tour. We provided video proof we were NOT on the tour. Neither Viator nor Yo Tours would provide a refund citing both that we were a no show and that we went on the tour.
