The DFDS Terminal in Copenhagen is big. You can check-in at the automatic machines or at the front desk. Boarding is an easy process, they check your ID against your boarding card (which is also your room key). They don't check your luggage and you are free to bring on board your own food and drinks.

We enjoyed using the metro system. It comes very often so you never have to wait long. The ticket vending machines are very easy to use. You can even take your bike on board during the off peak. The only problem was once when the system stopped working and we were told the metro might not work and they didn't know for how long. As least we were not in a rush so walked instead.

I was in Denmark for a 4 day trip. The first two days I had the Copenhagen card and used it for travel and sights around the City. I then purchased the Around the Sound ticket from the tourist centre at Copenhagen Central station (valid for 48 hours). Planned my whole journey by researching where to stop for meals and train/ferry time.
Left the Central station in the morning to get to Helsingor by 9:30am. Had a leisurely stroll (normally 15min walk) to Kronborg castle. It opens at 10am. During the summer, Hamlet characters would be out and about, enacting scenes from the play. I doubt I would have enjoyed the castle much without the play. It was very interactive with audience participation. Spent 1.5 hours there as I wanted to be in Helsingborg for lunch. Most restaurants opens at 12pm. As it was a Sunday, I had found out a lot of restaurants in Helsingborg were closed. Walked along the water to Roys Mat O Bar for some delicious seafood lunch (free water, coffee and salad bar). Had dessert somewhere else. Got on the train to Malmo. Went directly to the tourist information centre outside the train station to rent bicycles. Explored Malmo by bicycle. Finished by 5pm. Going to Ystad was optional but we decided against it as we were tired. Got on the train back to Copenhagen via Oresund Bridge.
As the ticket was still valid the next day, used it purely for trains including to the airport.

So I had been to Copenhagen back in 2017 and from airport I took taxi to my hotel roughly $50. Normally I book transportation through expedia from airport/hotel and back. But whats weird is in Copenhagen for as large of city as it is, they only have one option and omg is it expensive. So anyway I went on a family trip this year, my mom, 2 sisters, niece and I. Since 2 of them have never been out of the country and really none of them have been any where except Caribbean, I thought I would try and make it as easy as possible. I knew it was very expensive but thought maybe the best option. Once I booked it the company emailed in a couple days which was nice and confirmed days/pick up time etc. This was a couple months before the trip. So anyway as it got a few days away I thought maybe I should confirm time since I read fine details. I was only a bit worried after my solo trip a couple weeks before was a disaster when flight delays etc. So basically I emailed them and they said the 1 hour aprox should be plenty of time which I agree if it was only me. The plane landed at 1 wee were in the van before 2. The driver of limo company was very rude, impatient which didnt make sense since we were in van prob closer to 1:50ish considering navigating airport with someone thats almost 80 takes time. When we got picked up from the hotel to airport that guy was so much nicer, very respectful, patient, gave him a tip. Thats the kind of driver I expected both ways as much as it cost/limo company. I even emailed the company after got back in country and told them this and no response at all. So my wise words of wisdom just take a cab/taxi considerably cheaper in Denmark.

Such a calm trip call to Valencia with family and friend . Love the driver Jose Vicente Such . Though he is Spanish , he did communicate tour excellently . Very calm personality. While booking the service I was bit nervous due to December holidays ( like off season only) and online bookings, but the agent Prateek and Priyanshi helped me to book the trip with confidence. Thanks a lot guys . Well done . Speak to you in my next journey.
