    Don’t Miss Out!
    Words cannot express how much I enjoyed this tour. Antoine, our guide was so accommodating from beginning to end. If you are a history buff he is your guide. If you just want the highlights he is more than happy to tailor your trip. I wanted to experience the surrounding area outside of Lisbon but not necessarily the biggest tourist spots. I experienced great Portugal hospitality, food and wine. Tremendous viewpoints, castles, cathedrals and local towns. If you are open to experience the hidden gems of Portugal you will enjoy this tour.

    Amazing Tour!
    We had a wonderful day seeing Peña Palace, Sintra, the coast and also a winery for some wine tasting! We also stopped for some wonderful pastries and coffee. José was very energetic, knowledgeable and most of all fun! The private tour was so nice - we didn’t miss anything like you can during a big group tour or going it on your own. The booking was easy, the vehicle nice and comfortable - we highly recommend a tour (or two!) with Lisbon on Wheels!

    Worth every cent!
    We were lucky to have fantastic advice from our travel planner in the US! She organized and attended to many details of a trip to Spain and Portugal that became complex due to fires, weddings, train strikes, record heat etc.

    That’s where PalmaYachts comes in. Anna set up a private wine tasting and food tour for me and my daughter. It’s was a glorious day and enjoyable on so many levels! We appreciated the knowledge of Mario and Benni about history, voyagers, oceanography, biology, geology and architecture- to name a few. It ended too soon.

    THEN, we mentioned that our next day plans were altered due to above events - and they picked up the phone and called the boss and found us a sailing tour on PalmaYachts for the next afternoon from the historic town of Cascais. Benni and Miguel had the boat and took us on another amazing sail, although nobody wanted to get into the water!!

    A wonderful way to learn, refresh and appreciate local culture of Lisbon.

    Sailling with the family on the beautiful coast of Cascais.
    The boat was great and the crew was very nice and attentive. We were 9 people, so we were quite confortable. I had all the necessary information before the trip. Very well organized.

    Every detail was perfect
    This was our first time using a travel agent and Portugal Travel Center was recommended by our daughters friends who were recently in Portugal. Every detail was perfect and we didn't have any issues the entire time. Our consultant Andreia created an unforgettable trip for our family of 4 adults. The hotels were great and we were treated like VIPs at the Heritage Avenida Hotel. The walking tour guides were fantastic, we felt like a family member was showing us around Lisbon. Transfers were all on time and the vehicles were clean. Andreia created a personalized trip, based on exactly what we wanted: day trips and leisure days, all within budget. He was so patient with our many emails of ideas and changes. We can't wait to book with her again for another trip.

    Great full day tour with Jose
    Jose picked us up from our hotel promptly for a full day private tour to see the main sights outside Lisbon. His knowledge of local history is phenomenal! We did the tour in reverse as the weather was supposed to improve in the afternoon when we got to Pena. Jose also included a wine tasting which was not part of the original itinerary but we really enjoyed this, bought some wine to take home and even got to meet the wine maker! Lunch was in Sintra, 3 courses with a glass of wine which was very tasty. We had plenty of time to see Sintra and Pena Palace and the Casa de Roca which was really busy. Jose was a great guide and we would highly recommend his tours!

    David created a custom experience that met our family's needs for a week in Portugal. We loved his excitement for sharing his country and learned so much! David did a great job taking into account our diverse interests and physical capabilities. We couldn't be happier with our tour from David.
