I’m based in Atlanta, GA, and was looking for a reliable and cost-effective ground transportation provider to assist with the logistics of our event. From the start, Martins Transfer Service exceeded my expectations.
Arnaldo Martins, the owner, was incredibly professional and attentive. He made me feel at ease from the very beginning, ensuring that all transportation needs were handled smoothly and efficiently, despite last-minute updates and changes. It’s not easy to find a company that can manage such changes with grace, especially when working in different time zones, but Martins Transfer Service handled everything with ease.
Once I was onsite the exceptional service continued. The drivers were punctual, courteous, and ensured that our guests were comfortable at all times. The vehicles were top-notch luxury cars—clean, well-maintained, and spacious, adding a touch of elegance to the overall experience. The quality of the vehicles truly enhanced the service and contributed to a memorable event.
Arnaldo was truly dedicated to ensuring everything ran smoothly, and I could trust him to manage all aspects of the transportation logistics without worrying about anything. I highly recommend Martins Transfer Service for anyone needing reliable, professional transportation in Amsterdam. The bus was probably the most comfortable we have ridden in. (8 years of group travel in Europe.) The best part of the experience was the professional and polite driver. Dolli worked hard to ensure all of my guests were comfortable with enough stops for breaks as needed. He was always on time, early. We had a terrible experience in the (massive) Amsterdam airport requiring us to walk from one end all the way back to the other. We were disoriented, exhausted, and anxious. But our driver, Hatim, stayed in clear communication every step of the way. He was our anchor to sanity and kept us from having a meltdown. He even adjusted our meeting place to where we happened to pop out to relieve our stress. He was absolutely professional, drove a beautiful vehicle, was completely courteous about the huge wait time that probably caused a mess in his schedule.

He was quiet when I needed to be on the phone and knowledgeable when I asked questions. Got out of the airport in Antigua and they came and find us. The driver Anthony John gave us history of the country and landmarks as we were driven to hotel.

The driver was very courteous.
