Rowan was our hostess and she was absolutely lovely and incredibly knowledgeable about wine. The tasting was private, well prepared, great variety and delicious snacks to accompany the wine. We loved the Dutch red blend and bought a bottle to take home with us. I had the best time flipping the dutch pancakes as well! Fusina was a very warm and welcoming host which made the experience even better! - Denise S1 contributionMy friend and I booked this cooking class with Fusina on a trip to Amsterdam. We had an AMAZING time! Class size is limited as it takes place in Fusina’s house, which made for a very personalized experience.
Fusina was a wonderful host and we got a chance to try a few local Dutch foods and learned a lot about Dutch culture. I highly recommend this class to all those who are interested in learning more about the Dutch culture and want to learn how to make a local Dutch recipe.

Leo created a lovely learning environment, teaching us countless dishes and cooking techniques. I left the course inspired to get creative in my own kitchen and to recreate some of the dishes he guided us through. - Phebe B6 contributionsThe workshop was amazing! We were only with a small group of 3, so we got to enjoy the workshop on our own pase. The teacher was super friendly, and he made us a personalized cocktail at the start of the workshop (which was delicious).
Then we got to make our own rum infusion. There is so many flavours to choose from that I would have to come back again to try out new infusions. This was my second time already, but I would definitely go again.

Very informative and well worth it. This is a one in a lifetime experience to savour Rum with botanicals. If you like Rum, i am sure you will like this experience.
