- PeterHartlepool, UK773 contributionsA short walk from the Rijksmuseum, I didn't have a booked ticket however no problems getting a ticket from a machine, there are free luggage lockers in the reception area. I enjoyed the tour, the scale of the current beer production is staggering. Lots of information, electronic visual displays and flashing lights . The culmination is of course tasting the beer , you leave through the gift shop all things Heineken on sale. An interesting way to spend an hour at such an iconic spot.Written 25 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Roger PGuernsey, UK19 contributionsDefinitely worth a visit, easily reached on the fantastic tram service. Opted for the brewery tour at the weekend - less of a tour, more of a history of the brewery, but entertaining and very good value for money. Recommend the tasting flights to find your favourites - an amazing range of flavours. Great service and atmosphere - would definitely go again if we were back in Amsterdam.Written 8 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Becky HHastings, UK362 contributionsHad a really lovely meal here, I had the Bratwurst Ă nd my husband had the Burger with a Beer, which he really enjoyed. The food was great and my husband really enjoyed the beers that he tried. The service was great and we even bought a box of beers to take home with us. It's down a side road, so can be easily missed but it's definitely worth a visit when in the city.Written 14 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Yvette MLondon, UK5 contributionsOur Amsterdam trip has been fueled by some of the tastiest beers of our lives. At Walhalla I fear that we basically tried their entire selection. We cannot recommend this taproom enough. Don't walk, run here. You are going to have a great time!Written 22 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Yvette MLondon, UK5 contributionsI came here for a few pints with my partner. We had a grand time, their selection is vast and everybody working there is quite knowledgeable. Lots of fun!Written 22 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- David nManchester, UK4,809 contributionsA really independent bar with a brewery in the next room. Their beer range has something to suit everyone - from pales to stouts plus a top bottled range.
They have limited opening hours and the tap room is a few minutes walk from a #2 tram stop - around 7 tram stops from the centre so not too far to go and discover.Written 8 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Hubby had a saison and wasn’t impressed (he is a serious craft brew fellow). I tried their white wine and almost spit it out.
While the drinks didn’t thrill us, we enjoyed sitting out on the patio….for a while. Gave the server our order then waited 20 minutes…. Hubby gives up and walks inside, server is enjoying a sandwich and ignored him. We wait 10 more minutes before our drinks are served. Note..there were very few guests.
Really poor service can seriously adjust one’s mood.Written 26 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We loved the social character of the brewery and to us that warm feeling was reflected in their beer! The tour guide was wonderful and we learned so much about their beer. We were in a big group of 29 highly skilled expats and we all had a fantastic time! Thank you 7 Deugden - we will be back!Written 5 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
